First room had a noisy ac/heater.
Changed room much better.
Toilet may be leaking at bottom….asked desk to check it out.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel, it was all around a nice stay was there for 4 nights. One tv didnt work at first but they fixed it imediately when i reported the problem.

Bathroom baseboards were extremely dirty. The air conditioner in the room was set to 68 but never got below 72. When we tried to have breakfast the milk was spoiled, the gentleman working breakfast/counter didn’t speak very good English to properly communicate the issue with the milk.

Staff was very friendly. Building is dated and the carpet looked very stained. No carpet in the rooms

Was disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The hallways and the room bathroom had a terrible odor. The bed was full of black hair and black specks. The continental breakfast was very limited- bagels, packaged muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt were the only options. The lady who checked us in was efficient and sweet.

I stay in hotels, 135 nights a year and have been for nearly 20 straight years… And this is by far the rudest desk clerk, that I have ever experienced… Clearly, clearly, she is not cut out for this job at 3 AM

We arrived around 2am, but there was a staff at the front desk to greet us. Room was clean, water pressure was great, the bed was surprisingly good too (not too soft), place was renovated, place was quiet, free breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. It's at a convenient location and close to a Buc-ees.
