Ready for the beach? This fully updated and furnished one-bedroom, one-bath Cape Canaveral condo is just a short walk to the waves, and there's enough beach-themed decor inside to get you excited! This condo is part of a beachfront community and includes a pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse, grills, and private beach access. You'll love catching the rocket launches and may even feel the sonic boom on the south-facing balcony, a great place for morning coffees and evening libations.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer, all the better to keep your beach plans flexible. Use the shared outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading into the shared heated pool. When the sun starts to go down, central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable inside. Guests can pull down the double-size Murphy bed for extra sleeping space.

Guests can get a great look at the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower just under two miles away. Not far from there is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options departing from Port Canaveral just over two miles away. You'll also be close to the Kennedy Space Center and about an hour from Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios Florida.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
