This is a budget resort; let's get that out there. This is one of the 'child friendly' resorts. So it's cheaper. Every place in this resort is designed to be slow and complicated. Check out a towel --> wait in line Turn the towel back in --> wait in line Every other day they don't clean the rooms (the lie is that there are Mexican environmental rules). You'll be asked to tip constantly. They have multiple pools, but you'll be regulated to a certain pool depending on your wrist band color. And they enforce the rules with enthusiasm. Also, they have a weird dress code. Even by the pool, you'll have to have full clothes and shoes to go to the restaurant. (Plus only one restaurant is open). If you're desiring better treatment, less noise, better cleanliness; then pay more money and go elsewhere. A good thing: Kids like this place

Overall a good experience but the food is limited option as early booking required for the wanted restaurant and not many choices, I only had a chance to pick between two buffets, since I was on excursion most of the time. If you stay at Sens/Grand Oasis, the resort room is nicer and with more food option. Alcohol is offered all day long till 1am. Late night slack is without fruit option. Right outside is the $1 bus shuttle that will take to downtown and etc., pretty convenient.

We loved our stay! The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The beach is amazing for swimming with children and the kids play area kept them busy. We were a little worried because one of our kids is a super picky eater but the staff went out of there way to ensure that he was fed with food he would eat!! We can’t wait to come back

I recently stayed at Oasis Palm with my family, and our experience was HORRIBLE. Despite the enticing promises and beautiful photos on the website, the reality of our stay fell short in many ways. Firstly, the hotel’s facilities were severely lacking. The swimming pool, which was supposed to be a highlight for families, was dirty, cold, and filled with debris. My children were unable to enjoy it, which was a major disappointment for us as parents. Moreover, the lack of adequate amenities around the pool area, such as lounge chairs, made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our time. The constant shortage of towels only added to our frustration, as we were left without essential items. Furthermore, the blatant racism and favoritism displayed by the hotel staff towards local guests were appalling. We witnessed numerous instances where local guests received preferential treatment, while we were left feeling unwelcome and disregarded. The dining experience was equally disappointing, with long wait times for the buffet and subpar service. The lack of timely service and unequal treatment towards certain guests only added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, the paper-thin walls in the hotel rooms made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We were constantly disturbed by noises. Furthermore, the mishandling of our luggage by the concierge resulted in damage to our belongings, for which the hotel took no responsibility. Take my word for it and do not stay here.

The hotel advertises as all inclusive, however, there are many restaurants and amenities are not available for everyone. The first night we arrive, there was a full minibar available in the room, the next day it disappeared, when calling the reception they told us that was not included, that there was an extra charge for it. When checking in to the hotel they treated us like second class guests but pushing us front one front desk to another because we had a blue band and not a golden one. The room was trashed, very worn out. The staff however, were very good, they went above and beyond to ensure one enjoys the stay

I liked that the Oasis had more beach umbrella trees to use. I was impressed how stocked the buffets were for breakfast and lunch. The staff works very hard to keep the resort clean. What I didn't like was that the doors to the rooms were older looking. We had no hot water on the first day and the last morning and no compensation was made. Our room was cleaned only once. The food choices were average. no specialty restaurants were available during our stay.

It is a pleasant small all inclusive. Food was a great. Our room had a problem with the door but they fixed it immediately.. Bathroom a little outdated but clean. They have a ridiculous system to centralize the reservation for dinning at some of the restaurants. You have to stay be in line at 8 in the morning to reserve for dinner two days in advance. I waited one hour in line just to find out the restaurant I wanted is not opened the next day. You should be able to go to the restaurant like in other all inclusives to reserve the same day. Or if you are standing in line, they should have a screen where they’ll you what restaurants are available and how many spots are left. Other guests were complaining while waiting in the line.

By far the worst travel experience of my life. Food and Beverages were absolutely atrocious. There were bathrooms with no toilet seats and forget about relaxing by the beach chairs because we happened to be traveling right when they were doing construction

Not all is included
There are different tiers of all inclusive that are not explained on the booking website. Depending on your tier you are treated as an VIP or as a someone unimportant. This is extremely frustrated as a guest. I dislike this kind of treatment for guests. Everyone should be treated the same. Will not recommend this hotel only for that specific reason.
