The Westin Josun in Busan was amazing! Conveniently located at one end of Haeundae Beach, you could walk straight out of the hotel on to the sand. The location was perfect, offering short walking distances to plenty of food options, including Italy Sangjeom, which makes great pizza! The staff were amazing, especially Jinwoo from the front desk, who helped me to navigate the Korean internet to order Lotte Giants tickets! Great hotel, great staff, great location - I will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Westin. We were traveling with two families and had three rooms, which the staff made sure were placed together (had been difficult in other hotels). The rooms were very clean and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Service-wise, Harley made our stay so enjoyable and seamless, with the best dinner recommendations and taxi arrangements. His personable helpfulness made all the difference for us. We can’t wait to return to Busan and stay at the Westin again!

수영장 물이 정말 좋았고, 라운지 클럽 간식 퀄리티가 괜찮았습니다. 객실 또한 깨끗하고 훌륭합니다 ^^ 돈 조금 더 내더라도 무조건 이그제티브 등급으로로 가세요!

작은 불편에도 세심히 친절을 베풀어 주셔서 좋은 숙소에서 안락하고 즐겁게 지내다가 갑니다. 해운대에서 위치와 뷰, 친절함이 최고인 것 같습니다. 자는 내내 잔잔한 파도 소리에 힐링하며 숙면했어요. ㅅ

對這酒店感到非常之失望,員工服務態度不太好,已經係接近八九點check-in時間,付了比平時昂貴的價錢,這是第二次入住,沒有海景房這間酒店什麼都不是,可以不用特登入住,check-in的時候同員工講慶祝生日,一般嘅酒店都會提供升等,或者免費嘅蛋糕,尤其是萬豪嘅酒店集團,這間酒店竟然沒有,而且所有員工都不太主動協助,基本上一聽到你不是韓國人就不太禮貌,不太想協助,這是一間對小朋友不太友善的酒店,任何兒童用品都沒有提供,酒店沒有牙刷牙刷要付費,比出面貴一倍嘅價錢,check-in的時候員工沒有主動提及需要自己購買牙刷!第二次入住對這酒店感到非常之失望,不配這個價錢入住
