Worse check in I have ever had at a hotel. Slow beyond belief. One customer in front of us and it took like 10 to get to us. Then when it’s our turn finally, the phone rings and the front desk check in guy puts are check in down and starts dealing with the reservation change for whoever is on the phone, versus taking his/her number and calling them back. I finally grabbed my credit card and ID from his desk and was about to walk out when that finally got his attention back on us, the clients in front of him.
