Great hotel with excellent service, but outdated!
Veröffentlicht am 14.10.2021 auf HotelsThis Intercontinental in Bukarest is a great hotel close to the city center with nice rooms, a great view and a excellent service. But the hotel is somehow outdated and you can see the signs of use in many areas. The breakfast is great.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in dieser Stadt. Sehr gute Lage.
Eine Kaffeemaschine im Restaurant wo der Schimmelpilz wächst....geht gar nicht. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes minus. Normalerweise für dieses Hotel nicht Typisch. Im vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Stadt zurzeit kein Frühstücksbuffet. Wie immer sehr nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Gutes, typisches Stadthotel
Veröffentlicht am 20.01.2021 auf HotelsEs gilt zu beachten, dass ich mitten in der 2. Corona-Welle Bukarest besucht habe. Das typische Stadthotel liegt sehr zentral und ist gemäss meinen Beobachtungen in einem guten Zustand. Es gab aus verständlichen Gründen nur sehr wenig Gäste, was dazu führte, dass viele Annehmlichkeiten geschlossen waren. Schade ist jedoch, dass Club-Zimmer verkauft werden aber der Clubzugang geschlossen war. Mein Zimmer war in einem tadellosen, sauberen Zustand, mit bequemem Bett und es fehlte an nichts. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im einzig geöffneten Restaurant waren jedoch die Wartezeiten trotz oder vielleicht wegen nur vereinzelten Gästen ausserordentlich lange. Das infolge Pandemie servierte Frühstück und auch die am Abend servierten Speisen waren absolut okay.

Waren dort für 7 Nächte. Sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick auf Bukarest. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Very nice hotel
