Their website states there is a front desk service 24/7. I arrived at 2am due to a plane delay and no one was at the front desk. I called several times and no one answered. Being that it was so late I needed to get sleep and had to go to a different hotel for the night which meant paying for two hotel fees. This place does not give refunds, and what's worse is that they shame you and do not apologize for what was clearly their fault. The manager rudely responded with "I checked the cameras and someone was here" How about what time were you actually here, and I'm sorry to have inconvenienced you, and sorry we didn't call you back until one hour later so we clearly weren't there.
