Sehr in Ordnung
Das Inn ist komplett in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zuviel erwartet. Es ist halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war hervorragend (super Tips zu unserem Tagesausflug nach Boston). Die Dusche hatte einen tollen Stahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar!

Oh Mann...
Alles war ziemlich schrecklich! Das Zimmer winzig und ein größeres war auch gegen Aufzahlung nicht zu haben. Der Teppich war unfassbar dreckig und fleckig... nie wieder!!!

Für eine Nacht und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig ok. Unterm Strich sieht man dem Lakeside Inn das Alter an - und hört es auch. Duscht der Zimmernachbar, fällt man förmlich aus dem Bett. Die Betten sind mir persönlich deutlich zu weich und durchgelegen. Toll ist der große Parkplatz vorm Haus.

The front desk workers are so friendly and helpful. All of them. The hotel offers an unbelievable restaurant food at a very low price. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and quiet. Awesome place.

In room service could be better. No repleshment of towels, or coffee on room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of luggage due to an event I was taking part in, they were happy to switch me to a first floor room.very helpful

I’m take one night at this place is terrible not towells at bathroom. I’m take shower nothing can use to dry Dirty pillowcases and pillow smell No bathroom soap or hand soap It’s looks like nice place at lake. But is not at good experience. Is not clean at bathroom is only a little dirty towel and I give 1 star

This was a total disappointment! Chosen as restaurant on site and the restaurant was closed. No elevator for rooms on second floor. Exactly 2 packets of coffee in room. 1 washcloth and towel. After loading car and having turned in my room key, I had to get my key back as no restroom on the main floor. My family’s other room had a ceiling leak in their bathroom at 0130 am and had to move; we were leaving at 0430 am!

The bathroom was not properly cleaned before we checked in they didn’t even give us the correct hotel room we were supposed to get the Lakeview and didn’t the shower was gross crumbs on the floor of the bathroom. When I got back to the hotel room I asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it to me and it was pretty cold that night.

Love the new updates to this property. The only downside is there are no breakfast or breakfast station. They only make regular coffee and thats it. There is a snack area on the 2nd floor only. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Their website states there is a front desk service 24/7. I arrived at 2am due to a plane delay and no one was at the front desk. I called several times and no one answered. Being that it was so late I needed to get sleep and had to go to a different hotel for the night which meant paying for two hotel fees. This place does not give refunds, and what's worse is that they shame you and do not apologize for what was clearly their fault. The manager rudely responded with "I checked the cameras and someone was here" How about what time were you actually here, and I'm sorry to have inconvenienced you, and sorry we didn't call you back until one hour later so we clearly weren't there.

It's a nice, comfy place with friendly and helpful staff. It's located in a business park and I was there over the weekend so it was always quiet and there were lots of places to park. The area is suburban-ish and close to an access highway so it was easy to find. Not too much to do around the inn - but I didn't really look into it much since I spent almost all my time in Boston. Things I didn't like: the carpet in my room could have used a good vacuuming and the wallpaper was peeling a little places, but this didn't bother me too much.

They missed my wake up call.luckily I set an alarm on my phone. Also, they put me in a very noisy room right by the stairs. I imagine they did this because I booked thru Expedia instead of direct.
