Nice hotel close to the airport.

Gut: Close to the airport.
Comfortable,clean and free shuttle service to the airport. I have stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel many times and have always been comfortable. Not plush, but overall nice.

Gut: 落ち着いた感じでリラックスできました。朝食おいしかったです。
Nicht so gut: 朝食時間を長めにして頂けたら有難いかな、、、。(今は9時までだけど、10時までに、、、) エアコンがイマイチで部屋の暖まり方が悪かったように思います。
Lage: 空港往復だったので、周辺のことは気になりませんでした。
シャトルバスは直ぐ迎えに来てくれましたし、朝食もおいしかったです。部屋の電話がひとつ故障していましたが(到着したのが夜遅く、フロントに故障している旨伝えるだけにしました)、二つあったので不便はなかったです。落ち着いた感じのホテルで気に入りました。エアコンがもう少しよく働くと良いのですが、、、。

Comfy room, wonderful staff.

Gut: Close to Logan, clean, comfortable
Nicht so gut: nothing comes to mind
Lage: close to airport, Fenway Park, and the Art Museum
I arrived a good three hours before the official check-in time and the desk person checked me in right away! The room was very comfortable and clean - I will definitely stay there again!

The mattress was horrible in room 245.

Manager should try and sleep on that mattress. Horrible before a long flight. And hotel was not busy at all.

Close to the subway train station

Staff was super friendly. The only bad thing was the room card didn't work twice when getting into the room, but that has happened at other hotels before so it wasn't a big deal.

Great Hotel

The hotel is right next to the airport which was very convenient for me but you do hear jet noise from the airport. Not a big deal for me. It has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room has all the amenities I like to have but most importantly, it was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay again just for the breakfast. The only down side is the location for the shuttle pick up at terminal C. It wasn't that easy to find and there is no shelter from the weather.

Nicht so gut: i think would be perfect if it includes a shuttle to any shopping mall or main street
convenient for short stays , inside the airport and the shuttle is very fast great breakfast !

I stayed there on Saturday, February 20, 2016 for three reasons. I had a 6:00 am American Airlines flight to Phoenix. I stayed there for the wake up call, the included breakfast and the shuttle. I received no wake up call. I bolted out of bed at 4:18 for a 4:30 shuttle. No breakfast, because at that hour they put something in a brown paper bag for you, i.e., a yogurt, banana, etc. No time for that! Two out of three is not a good thing.

Handicap room- not what you pay for!

We showed up and were informed we could not park.....at the hotel that offers an airport shuttle. Guy at the front door was an idiot and acted like he knew nothing. We had to take our car to another park to fly location and cost us 100$. Nice heads up, not. We paid for a nice room and got a handicap room. Was not impressed.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and a Blue Line subway station. This allowed us to travel throughout the city without having to rent a car. I will definitely stay here again when I am visiting Boston.
