Check-in was fast and easy. The receptionist was friendly and competent. There was a large event taking place at the hotel, so we were lucky to get one of the last parking spaces. Other hotel guests weren’t so lucky.

Modernes und gepflegtes Hotel am Stadtrand
Als Ausgangspunkt für Boston und die Küste war die Lage des Hotels sehr praktisch. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet; der Zimmerservice sehr gut. Der Pool war zwar klein, aber sauber und warm. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns das Frühstück: Es gibt eine gute Auswahl am Buffet (z.B. auch frischen Fruchtsalat), das Buffett wird regelmässig nachgefüllt und man isst aus richtigem Geschirr!

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel mit Abzügen Sauberkeit
Check in verlief schnell und freundlich. Zimmerkategorie wie gebucht erhalten. Leider war das Zimmer im Bereich des Bettes und die Elektronik dort sehr schmutzig und verstaubt. Die Fernbedienung vom TV war klebrig. Die Betten knarrten sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung. Das Frühstück war für amerikanisches Frühstück sehr vielseitig und lecker. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt trotz der Kritik gefallen.

I’ve been all over the Boston area & have to say this property is the one I’m committed to over them all as a weekly traveler from NY!!! The front desk personnel is amazing & accommodating! Jared is an asset to this team, I am very happy everytime I stay at Crowne Plaza. Their breakfast buffets is delish & would recommend this property for anyone that expects stellar service & comfort. This Texan is a forever customer.

Mai (front desk associate) made checking in a breeze. She was fast, efficient, and very professional. The female host in SCOREBOARD was wonderful. She enabled my daughter and I to get a table to eat dinner on Saturday night. The 2 males at the door told us we had to leave even though we were guests at the hotel.
