Rundum sorglos Paket

Abholung vom Flughafen mit Namensschild bis zum Tag der Abreise, alles perfekt. Deswegen bin ich auch schon das 3. mal da. Pick up from the airport with name tag until the day of departure, everything perfect. That's why I'm already the 3rd time at the same place.

Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Lage ist sehr schoen aber das Hotel sollte grundlegend ueberholt werden

Simple, but good

The hotel is located directly at the beach. The room is spacious but rather simple and no safe in the room. If you are not looking for something luxury, then this is the right place. All you need, but not more.

Expensive and not worth it. Go somewhere else.

- It’s difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from the adjacent drinking place. - Water heater is uncontrollable and shower water pressure is too low. - There’s a small refrigerator in the room that looks like it’s 100 years old and... It’s not working. - Breakfast was terrible. They provide only rice/bread + egg + coffee. You need to pay additional to get a complete meal.

Hi Allan! Thank you for the feedback. I will be passing this onto our management team. Just to address some of your concerns, breakfast is complimentary with our room prices and most of our customers happy with this arrangement as this helps with their holiday budget. If the fridge wasn't working our friendly staff would've been more than happy to have a look at it and if required will replace it with one in good working condition. The water heater being consistent is dependant on the water pressure and unfortunately at times we are reliant on the local water provider to give constant water pressure. Nevertheless we will continue to improve our services and are very happy you've brought this to our attention.

A place to stay. Okay service.

This is a place you would have to consider as a place to stay at an affordable price point. It is right at the beach, with a PADI at the entrance if you are into that sort of thing. This place has a table two chairs and a rack for your clothes in the front. I felt that my belongings could be taken at any time because the place is just open and any body can come in, and door locks are flimsy. Speaking of which, there is a spa in the back for massages so people who are getting massages go in and out. Staff are friendly and accommodated me to another room with a better AC. They have a sevice where they will setup transport and carry your bags from the hotel across to Caticlan via a pump boat for a nominal fee per person. There are other services available that are much faster, but this option was economical. Breakfast was egg cooked your way, rice/garlic rice, coffee/tea/juice, and a protein viand for an extra fee. Overall, an economical place to stay.

Katastrophen „Resort“

Katastrophe für ein Resort, das ist eine Absteige für Rucksack Touristen, Raum und Bad unsauber, von Hygiene keine Spur, keine Handtuchhalter, Defekte Keramik, Badarmaturen defekt und uralt, Preis-Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht, Wifi geht automatisch aus, immer neue Eingabe notwendig, Alter Flat-TV, an der Reception steht noch ein älteres Modell, Frühstück ist Sparversion, Zutaten gegen Aufpreis, Zimmer Mitbewohner wie Ameisen, Mücken und Kakalaken sollte man einplanen. Fazit: verkomme Unterkunft für viel Geld Nur die Lage stimmt, aber mehr auch nicht.

Staying at a minus 2 star resort

only thing good about this place is the location. The room came with free breakfast that you need to order all upon check in for the next five days. I do not know on monday what I want for breakfast on Friday. Plus they think frying an egg required 20 minutes frying time so it is like a shoe patch. Only cleaned the room if you asked thee or more times. First day after check in we were out 10 hours on activities with make uo my room on the door handle. Never bothered. WIfi is the wordt I have ever experienced in the world. Never could use for more that 30 minutes then it disconnected and the reconnection required a 20 strock log in. third day solved the problem as a close restaurant gave me their wifi password and it had some range and not the slow for only 30 minutes at a time. The room did not even have a chair in it had to move the patio outdoor chair in the room if I wanted to sit down. Only had to kill one cockroach in the bathroom in five days but lots of mosquitoes as they have a fish pond. Save yourself and just avoid this resort

Hi Mark! Thanks again for leaving us some feedback. As mentioned previously, it's only optional to give us your order in advance as this reduces wait times for you and other guests. You can put your order through in the morning if you're happy to wait :-D. As for cleaning the room I'm surprised that no one attended to your room. We have records and we will be investigating this as our standards are to ensure rooms are kept clean at all times especially when guests request it. If there were any issues with our services or room our staff would've been more than happy to help you out to find a resolution. I'm very surprised that your experience with our resort was bad from beginning to end as majority of our guests are perfectly happy when they leave our place. I would like to further discuss this in depth at your convenience.
