Although, the location of this hotel is very good but i would never recommend this hotel with anybody planning a trip to Boracay. The room is old and badly need renovation. Upon check in, they give you a paper full of rules especially fees if their are stains in the bed or the furniture upon check out but when i got in the room, the table was full of stain and dilapidated. When we try to dine at their restaurant for breakfast or dinner. No server came to us for 30mins. Service is poor, facilities is poor. Avoid this hotel.

From the very first time we arrived at the hotel it was a big disappointment until we left the hotel,there were problem on the ac the staffs are rude in a way that my sister in law is a senior citizen and ask them if they can heat up the food for her but the staff said to go to the kitchen. And everytime that were having a problem i need to get mad at first before they make action about it. Me and my family loves to travel but this is the worst hotel and service weve ever been

The place is in disrepair. Not kept up. The pool was dirty. And need paint and cleaning everywhere. I booked 2 rooms for 7 nights but left after the first night lost my payment for 6 days. I tried to get help from Hotels.com but the numbers they had for them did not work. Everything at the bar was out of stock or not available. Say it is 4 star hotel but 2 stars is being generous. Free breakfast was almost all gone and what little they had was not good. Upon checking they wanted a huge deposit for the rooms which they say is consumable. But 500 per night per room is way too much when Hotels.com says 1000 per room. Don’t stay here you will be sorry. List allot of money. But moved to a difference to hotel and saved our vacation

很離譜的訂房價格稅金服務費居然將近房費,一間房費4187.97稅金居然高達3528.18,都訂好了才發現這麼離譜,訂了3間是4人房硬要我們住1間2人房,更慘的是1間廁所大量漏水很吵晚上沒辦法睡,1間房間大量淹水,2間房間緊鄰餐廳早上6點準時被吵醒,房間嚴重霉味,整個旅行氣氛都被這家度假村搞亂了,這跟本不是度假村吧

So this hotel is located right on white beach. From the map it seems a little far from the action but it is in a perfect location. For the price I think it was a good value. We paid about 2500peso a night, but it was during holy week so things where more expensive. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms are big and the beds where nice and soft. It also had nice strong water pressure in the shower. Now for the the minor issues: Included in our stay was breakfast for 2 people, we had 3 in our group. Breakfast is 600p and definitely nothing special. I only woke up and had it once but it's ok 3/5. You can find a really nice breakfast near by for a little less. Same thing with the pool. We only used it once and there was no one there. When we went in they asked for our room number and you are allowed 2 pool passes pee day per person. So they wanted to charge another 600p per person. The pool is not that nice so our friend got out. We did not get charged. The pool is a 3/5. I had dinner by the pool and I got a really decent bacon burger for 500p. It was at least 8 to 10oz patty with American bacon. I would have gotten it again. My friend local friend came by the hotel 2 days for dinner and drank in our room for a while. During check out they tried to charge us 2000p for her. But we didn't pay that. Also for having a 3rd person they tried to charge us and extra 1300p per day. We didn't pay that either. Also there was 8k p refundable deposit which is high .

Wifi is slow. But the junior suite looked nice. They only gave us two towels though and they knew there were 3 people staying. Overall, I am satisfied with the place. It is right in front of the beach which is beautiful.

직원들이 친절하고 화이트비치쪽 숙소라 좋았어요.
전반적으로 직원들은 친절했어요. 체크인, 체크아웃 접수 받는 직원이 한명이라 아쉬웠어요. 동시간대에 사람들이 몰려서 30분 이상 기다린거 같아요. 보라카이 도로들이 좋지 않아서 비치쪽으로 숙박 잡은거 잘한거 같아여. 위치상 스테이션3라 디몰까지 좀 거리가 있긴 해도 걸어다닐만했어요. 세면대에 물이 안내려가서 얘기했더니 물막는 거 뽑아버리더라구요 ㅋ 에어컨도 잘 나와요. 청결한 정도로 보면 중간이상 정도했어요. 수영장도 아침마다 물위나 물때 청소도 하더라구요. 저희방이 창문 열면 바로 수영장이랑 비치가 보이는 방이라서 알게됬네요 ㅎㅎ 비치 타올도 무료로 빌려주니까 좋았어요. 조식은 솔직히 그냥 그래요. 다른곳에서 먹는걸 추천할께요. 대체로 만족하네요.

Beautiful view and great staff
The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The main roads and the area surrounding it is still full of construction work. But the beach and the view from the hotel is stunning (the hotel is almost on the beach). The pool is a bit smaller than some of the hotels further away from the beach. But with the view from the infinity pool and the sea you don't really care. For the rest: the rooms are clean, the beds are soft, the breakfast is alright, and the bar is well stocked.

The location of this hotel was very good (right on the beach). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s the only pleasant thing I can say about this hotel. The room was extremely dated and dirty. There was sand and filth everywhere. The pool pictures are photoshopped. It was actually very dirt and Not maintained. The restaurant had a very limited menu and didn’t seem fresh. The beach was a few steps away which was there only saving grace.

체크인 하고도 방에 못들어감ㅜ
3시가 되었는데도 방이 없어서 체크인을 하고도 방에 못들어갔어요.. 방 변기도 막혀있었고 전반적으로 별로였어요. 근데 수영장 뷰랑 1층 로비를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있었던 건 좋았어요.

Dusty stay
The hotel was still under construction (renovation) and there was much dust every where including in the rooms. Some hallways including ours was complete darkness at night (no light). bedsheets were smaller than mattresses and while we told them and they changed our room, nothing changed about that. Water sink was clogged and air conditioner was very noisy at nights. For the price, we could have got similar style hotel in a much better condition. The staff were very nice but these were something out of their control and the management was very poor. WiFi connection was also very poor.

Price too high for the conditions
Not best ever experience. Ants in the room, wifi on/off and with speeds lower than my mobile internet. Noisy doors systems, everytime some other door from other room was screaming for minutes. Bar has a limited choices of drinks also. Not a bad place but clearly expected a lot more for the price. Staff was nice, no complain there.

Most beautiful hotel site of any hotels that I have stayed at hands-down. I love the garden next to the pool there.

Not a 4 star hotel
No hot water in shower, pool dirty, can't connect to weak wifi signal in the room, hotel location not great because the path it takes to get there can't fit a tricycle so have to get dropped off half way there and walk with luggages. Also, taking taxi from there is a hassle because we have to walk out to main road which takes 10mins.

Dont stay here, this should be a 3 or 2 star hotel
We stayed in a penthouse suite. The room lights was so dim we had to ask for them to change the bulbs. Wifi signal in the room was weak, we can't connect to it using two different phones (Samsung Galaxy s6, Nexus 6). Breakfast not that great. We have to ask for a safety deposit box because there wasn't one in our room. The swimming pool was dirty, not maintained, outdated, and half full so no one swimming in it. The worst thing was there was no hot water and not much water coming out of the shower. We told them about it and they send someone to fix it. Next time we shower, it wasn't fixed. Told them again on second day, they try to fix it again, still not fixed. On 3rd day, we can't take it anymore showering with cold water so we left even though we booked for 4 nights because it was ruining our honeymoon. Also, it's far from main road where you get dropped off by taxi so had to walk with luggages for 10 mins before you can get to the hotel.

Don't waste your money here
The pictures online look awesome; but the reality is that the hotel is old and overpriced. The rooms stinks, the furniture is old and the A/C barely works. Brand hotel name only... Not worth the money. Felt like staying at a Motel.
