Lage optimal, Staff sehr freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider kein Parkplatz, aber dafür empfiehlt das Hotel eine Parkgarage ganz nah am Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sie haben auch sehr gute Betten. ✌️👍

Gediegenes Ambiente, Abstriche bei Service &Umfeld
Veröffentlicht am 01.09.2019 auf HotelsAussergewöhnlich schönes Gebäude. Trotz zentraler Lage empfahl das Hotelpersonal, das Hotel abends aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mehr zu verlassen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, leider trübten Unstimmigkeiten hinsichtlich Reservierung und Bezahlung das Gesamtbild ebenso wie der Ausfall von Strom und Wasser an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen.

Günstiges Hotel in zentraler Lage von Calendaria. Alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in fussläufiger Entfernung.

sehr schönes Hotel in trauriger Umgebung
Veröffentlicht am 05.11.2018 auf HotelsDas Hotel im historischen Kern von Bogotà ist aufwändig und auch sehr schön restauriert. Die Umgebung ist weniger attraktiv, bestehend meist aus ziemlich heruntergekommenden Gebäuden. Jedoch man ist nahe an einigen hochinteressanten Punkten, die bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen sind (Museo del oro etc.)
Das Zimmer war sehr bequem mit exzellentem Bad, gut möbliert mit Scheibtisch, Stuhl und bequemen Bett, alles sehr sauber.Es war ruhig, da zum schönen patio gelegen und somit von dem starken Strassenverkehr geschützt. Das kostenlose Frühstück war für mich etwas mager, bestehend aus 2 Tosts mit Rührei, etwas Obst, einem Glas Saft und Kaffee oder Aromatee (schwarzer Tee ist hier unbekannt). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte auch für die Abholung vom Flugplatz, allerdings für 70.000 COP ( der normale Taxipreis beträgt je nach Verkehrslage zwischen 33.000 COP und 36.000 COP). Keiner des Personals sprach ausser spanisch eine andere Sprache.

En la habitación se escucha el ruido de los demás huéspedes y no tiene ventilación por lo que siempre se sintió húmeda y acalorada. La atención del personal muy buenos y atentos

The building inside is gorgeous with plant walls and 20 foot ceilings. But the weekend we were there we didn’t see a single other guest. The place right at the edge of what looks like a war zone. Taxi drivers don’t want to go there and you definitely don’t want to be on foot. The hotel is at kind of a dividing line so it’s not so bad on the other side. They were also missing odd things in the rooms like glasses in the bathrooms. The shower was not great as it took a long time to heat and had low pressure. But it is a respite from the noise and chaos outside to air in the lovely courtyard.

las camas son cómodas y todo muy limpio, la ubicación es muy buena para llegara lugares de interés como agencias de tours caminando, tienen cerrado por las noches pero te abren muy rápido al tocar. p
Para mejorar considero que las toallas para secarse del baño son muy pequeñas y desgastadas, el hotel aún esta en remodelación así que los baños tenían focos fundidos que no pudieron poner por que estaba en reparación la instalación.
Falló el intenet así que no pudimos tener WiFi durante nuestra estancia.

Bogota adventure
Veröffentlicht am 05.01.2024 auf HotelsI requested an airport transfer service from the hotel & they notified me that the driver would contact me via WhatsApp. I arrived at the airport in Bogota but nobody had contacted me, so I sent a WA message to the hotel & they said they would get in touch with the driver. I waited for over 30 minutes & was frustrated because nobody showed up so I ended up taking a ride share service. Finally I got a message from the hotel driver but I was already on the way to the hotel. My advice is to just use a ride share service (it´s cheaper, too, about half the cost of the price quoted by the hotel)
The hotel itself is pretty clean & the hotel staff were all very nice. There are no elevators. The mattress was too hard for me. Bring your own soap & shampoo because what they provide is not good at all.
I stayed in room 15 & there was a gas- like odor coming from the room. The hotel staff reassured us that it wasn´t a gas leak.
Breakfast is basic but fairly good.
The hotel is in the area of La Candelaria, it´s walkable to the historical district.
