Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem 5 Sterne Resort. Eigentlich war alles an diesem Hotel perfekt, mit einer Ausnahme das war die Reservierung der Themen Restaurants. Diese war leider nicht wirklich nicht die Beste. Das Service Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und motiviert.An der Rezeption wurden alle Anlügen sofort erledigt. die Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Kleines Manko ist aus die Umgebung, da die Anlage ziemlich autrk liegt und das näxhste Dorf auch nichts zu bieten hat. Wir hörten von einem älteren Ehepaar ohne Englisch Kenntnisse, das sie Probleme mit der Verständigung hatten, das Personal ist eher auf englische und russische Urlauber eingestellt.

Gekaufter fünf Sterne Skandal Hotel 100 Verschiedene essen aber nichts Schmeckt ist ist Kantine essen es ist kalt vielleicht ist es trocken gegrillte Fleisch riecht nach verbranntes Asche Rauch Fisch ist Trocken Nur frisch gemachte Pide lahmacun schmeckt Zuzu Mini Restaurant Tut Backhendl 1 Stunde vorher um 11 Uhr in die Vitrine damit es kalt wird denke ich und auf Anfrage gibt es nicht erst ab 12:00 Uhr À la carte Fischrestaurant war auch Katastrophe Sprees voll troken Service war freundlich die Küchenmannschaft die Gesichter waren alle deprimiert keiner redet mit dir keine grüßt dich und keiner macht dir extra Wunsch wie frische menemen oder Rüheier Draußen am Pool liege oder Grass ist keine Personal der dir hilft oder bedient Liege betten werden 8:00 Uhr wie im Mallorca reserviert 12 immer noch Niemand da Voll nervig Es ist zu weit ins Zentrum Bodrum und das Haus eigene Taxi oder Shuttle ist der größte Betrug alle Zeit Oder das fahrt zum Flughafen normale taksi kostet 220tl die haben von mir 50€ kasiert macht 310tl und das noch ein Frau Von Männer sind wir es gewohnt aber Frauen ist mir neues Es hat keiner schöne Sand auch viel Steine schaut so aus als wurde dieser Sand dorthin transportiert sehr windig Kommt vor dass das Wasser trüb ist Viele Rumänen Russen Araber arabische Frauen mit Kleidung im Schwimmbad mehr lauter arabische Kinder Minibar coka Cola Deckel war nicht fest denke die fühlen es auf

A dan Z ye herşeyi ile tam bir otel. 7 gün konakladık ve keşke bir 7 günümüz daha olsaydı dedik hep. Deniz akvaryum gibi, havuzları tertemiz, otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel, yemekler lezzetli ve harikaydı. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir otel ve çok aktivite var. Шикарные закаты затмят все и останутся в памяти
В целом все хорошо, приятная территория, вкусная еда, хороший выбор. Из минусов немного староватые номера, не самая лучшая уборка, и вход в море либо Пирс либо камни. Но все минусы перекрывает расположение отеля. Отличная деревня, море чистое чистое. А какие виды из отеля на закат!!! Это волшебно! Ради этого бы вернулись снова! Недалеко есть центр деревни, можно пройтись, по «набережной», там же есть симпатичные постройки в стиле местного колорита. Вообщем рекомендуем если не избалованы очень хорошими отелями 5*.

My husband and I loved the overall experience of Kefaluka. It has a fantastic view of the sea with Akyarlar and the Kos island. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Shows and DJ performances are on every night. The sea is beautiful and very clean, you can see the fish swimming. The only thing that we didn’t like and we were dissatisfied with was the condition and the cleanliness of the room. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in, the room was quite outdated, and this cleaning situation continued with our stay, our room wasn’t regularly cleaned, even the basics were not provided and we had to raise it a quite few times with the reception. Other than that we had no issues.

The resort is beyond beautiful. However, hotel services are really really bad. Staff is extremely unfriendly and borderline rude. We had an issue the first night we checked in and filed a complaint through hotels.com and no one even cared or even apologized. Hotel is not clean, several things are too old, many facilities were not even operating and staff are not welcoming. We only enjoyed the view and night events but in terms of comfort, we were extremely uncomfortable.

D'une manière générale, un super établissement. Piscine et jeux d'enfant incroyable. La nourriture et boisson à volonté est largement correcte ( entre les gozleme, les doner kebab, les glaces, la nourriture local etc vous avez pas mal de choix et même à 2h du matin vous pourrez manger un burger ou des toasts). Equipe d'animation au taquet, ils sont a fond ( ping-pong, fléchettes, tir à l'arc, water-polo, volley-ball, yoga zumba). Il y a un SPA avec massage, Hamam, et une salle de sport. Un restaurant pour les enfants, et un service de garde la journée inclus dans le tarif( de 10h a 17h ) quelques points négatifs : l’hôtel est à 1h20 de l’aéroport. L'hotel fournis un service de transfert à des prix correct ( 70€ l'allé-retour en VTC, contre 86€ sur le net lors de notre séjour.) Chambre mal nettoyé ( poussière, drap pas changé ) Quand l’hôtel est plein c'est le chaos. Les clients manque de civilité ( bousculade, insulte etc ) et la recherche de table libre dans le restaurant principal deviens compliqué. Certain membre du personnels sont désagréable et n'ont pas leur place dans cette établissement.

It was very fine, only comment is the service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, as the personnel are very slow in clearing the tables and responding to requests for cleaning table or bringing cutlery or drinks
