The room was not cleaned. There were hair in the bed. Bugs and spider webs in the bathroom. I don’t mind simple but I expect it to be clean for the price they charged. If it would have been $30 I would not have given a bad review.

The place looks condemned. Receptive covers missing, towel rack fell off wall, vanity light kept blinking on and off all night because the only other light source was the ceiling light. Horrible conditions. I can’t believe they pass fire marshall inspection.

As a frequent traveller over the past 30 years, I use hotels on a weekly basis. This hotel ranks a shared 1# with a hotel in Cancun where all public bathrooms were clogged for days and the hotel room door lock would not close, all personal belongings up fot the grabs and no service. This ‘Oyo’ hotel deserves an equal first place in the worst hotel rank I ever encountered. I booked the hotel via Expedia and arrived at the reception to check in and get the room key. I had stopped by before to check the place out before booking. The place is shabby with weird types hanging around at the parking lot. Since there were no other rooms available I decided to stay with this one. Better than nothing. To my astonishment a greedy and breathtakingly rude owner would not give me the booked room because ‘Expedia would not pay him enough money for the room’. Absurd ofcourse. When I pointed him on the fact that I had a room booked and paid for hence a legal contract he got a total fit shouted that it is Expedias problem and sent me away. One is never to old to get a new experience that is clear! I think I have never encounted such a dishonest complete loser in my life. probably he was not even the owner as he proclaimed. I am only suprised that a quality house as Expedia maintains business relationships with such third rate joints, but that is not for me to decide. I can only report. My tip: avoid a serious headache and stay as fas away as you can from this place ‘OYO’. Hope this helps others

Clean..but otherwise a disaster!!
After booking on Hotel.com, when we arrived at hotel our room was not available. We were told only a room costing $20 more was available. The room came with towels but no other amenities. The only parking available was in front of the office, not near our room, and when we returned from dinner there was no parking so the manager gave us his spot, then proceeded to block us.

This guy is a criminal. First off, he was barely clothed when I arrived from my reservation. Second, I told him that I booked through Expedia and he asked me how much I paid. He then said that he did not have a room available for me and if I wanted one I needed to pay him more money. Hi, of course, refused to do that because I already paid and he told me to cancel. Of course I was unable to cancel because it's a non-refundable room. So then I had to go to a different hotel and I contacted Expedia about getting a refund. And they said they were unable to because the owner of this hotel said that I used my reservation. This guy is an absolute criminal. And Expedia sucks for failing to have my back on this.

The area presented sketchy, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot after midnight. The room was extremely rough looking with bugs. The shower didn’t draining the water in the shower and had bugs floating. Overall not worth the price at all! Extremely disappointed and the check window said no refunds. We should have save the money and sleep in the car.

There were bug carcasses everywhere. There were jeans left by a previous traveler. The door caught and dragged on the floor, making it hard to open or close. The shower head was hanging out of the wall. The refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or looked into for an extended period: frozen messes throughout. Would not recommend.

Bad buisness
First off the manager didn't have the slightest clue about how to power on his TV in the room I was staying. Second the room I paid for on line he didn't have and charged me $10 more for a bigger bed. The plumbing was horrible couldn't flush the toilet,the room smelled,and because I had friends to stop by and we were in a room that allowed smoking and we were smoking cigarettes and just chatting. The manager became anger and tried to refund me my money and boot me out saying he had 9-1-1 calls saying I was too noisy and this was just an hour after I arrived.

A nuestra acompanante, una anciana de 79 años, encontro una culebra (Snake) en el baño, no nos aviso a mi esposa y a mi sino solo al administrador, quien saco a la culebra. De lo contrario hubiésemos abandonado eso que dicen llamar Hotel. Seria justo que me devolvieran el dinero que pague, por esa mala noche que vivio mi familia..

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Will be returning. Note: hotels.com seems to default to smoking room with double bed. Ten dollars more for non-smoking king, but for many of us is worth it.
