The property itself is very nice. But the overall cleanliness is lacking, especially in the front desk and social areas. Most of the personnel are very nice, I did have a small incident where I had to go to the front desk and ask for extra washcloth because they only left 1 for four adults staying in the suite. The front desk lady seemed as if I was causing her an inconvenience. But overall I do enjoy staying at the Drury Inn.

The staff was so kind and accommodating! The room we stayed in was fantastic, and it was a special bonus that they also offered a complimentary snack hour in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

This place was awesome! From the freshly popped popcorn when we entered the lobby to the cleanliness of the rooms this place delivered. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Free drinks and buffet nightly. I can’t rave about our stay enough. Kudos! You have set the bar high!!

Had a mishap on the way and never stayed there. Paid in advance and I understood we would not get a refund, but on the day we were suppose to stay there we had an additional charge on my card. I called to ask why the additional charge and they told me to call back the next day and were so rude I called my card company to dispute the additional charge. Will never stay there. Thanks for asking so I can share this experience.

We booked this Hotel in Birmingham for our daughter’s travel Volleyball tournament at the Finley Center. Super convenient location with an indoor pool and hot tub. We were definitely surprised about the complementary adult beverages from 5:30-7pm and complementary dinner. Most Hotels barely have a breakfast bar. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend anyone with small children or any children to book this location.
