Ein sehr sauberes , neues und in jeder Hinsicht freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Andere , die wesentlich teurer sind, können mit diesem Haus definitiv nicht mithalten! Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich und ganz hervorragend!! Wir kommen garantiert das nächste Mal in dieses Hotel wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft
Leider verbrachten wir nur eine Nacht in Berlin. Das Hotel war wirklich toll - sehr sauber, ruhig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unter dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Parkgarage, die von der Hotellobby begehbar ist. Das Gebäude wurde neu renoviert, der Fitnessbereich war während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfang Oktober noch nicht fertig gestellt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Es gibt eine große Anzahl an süßen und pikanten Speisen zur Auswahl. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist empfehlenswert. Alles in allem - tolles Hotel, gerne wieder.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for a week and had a great stay from start to finish. We originally booked a superior room, but when we arrived the lovely front desk staff who checked us in offered a studio for not much more per night. The studio was so spacious and comfortable, I can’t thank the staff enough for offering this option. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were lovely and we thought the food at breakfast and in the Kitchen & Bar was very good and convenient. Overall a great stay!

Single male, stayed three nights. This hotel is top. When you see a pilot with that face of tiredness probably from a transatlantic flight staying in there, you know resting is paramount...It is also beautiful inside the room, all modern, clean, spacious, bed is great. King bed I selected was a true king bed. Not two beds together. The lighting of the room so cool. When I was there, because of the winter I would say, it was sort of empty which I love it because no noise. I slept like I sleep at home. That is a big statement coming from me, a person who is a really light sleeper that uses ear plugs ALWAYS to try no to wake up by noise. Location is great. And the subway station is like 5 minutes walk. I arrived late at night and seems like a good area, did not see sketchy people. The breakfast is great. I ended up eating there every morning because good selection and food is fresh. Convenient as well before heading out. You can not go wrong with this hotel . If you do, you need help, lol.

The hotel was really good. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff with good english, making it easy for us, they held our bags after check out, so we couldgo out for the day until our taxi arrived. Rooms were spacious, clean and bathrooms the same. Breakfast was very good, with a range of hot and cold choices. Good location, if you don't mind walking, we walked everywhere and found berlin easy to navigate using google maps. Very pleasant stay.

舒適的商務旅行
1. Check-in以及入住過程相當順利愉快。室內環境整潔舒適，也非常安靜。床雖然軟，但真的很舒服，沒有一般軟床腰酸背痛的不適感。同時，浴室內有熱水暖氣管架，非常適合用來晾乾衣服。 2. 飯店位置離U-bahn Spittelmarkt步行約5分鐘，距離U-bahn Stadtmitte步行約10分鐘，最近的Lidl超市步行5分鐘。都還是可以接受的步行範圍。 3. 位置在博物館島旁邊，步行過去也是很舒適的距離。

Loved this hotel. Newly renovated from top to bottom. Great rooms of a good size with very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice quiet area but still only 20 min walk from some tourist spots. The hotel itself is quiet with no thin walls or floors. 2 minutes from spittle market tube stop. Breakfast good quality and with a good variety and of course lovely staff. Only negative this is a residential/business area with no restaurants and bars in immediate area. Only a10-15 min walk however will take you to several.
