Hotel centrale

La permanenza all'Axel non é stata fantastica. La camera al secondo piano assegnatami, apparentemente , si presentava in ordine e pulita. Prendendone possesso, ho trovato appena sufficiente la pulizia del bagno. Nonostante abbia chiesto la pulizia per il secondo giorno di permanenza, il personale addetto si é limitato a cambiare gli asciugamani solamente. Inoltre trovo un pó alto il costo della colazione e dei cocktail serviti.

Ho soggiornato in una camera senza riscaldamento ma con una stufetta elettrica che di notte spegneva per paura di un incendio Personale pessimo al ricevimento...mi hanno solo proposto di fare ceco out e cambiare hotel se non ero contento....inoltre polvere e sporcizia....non 4 stelle....forse 2

Great hotel near the gay village

I stayed for 6 nights in the Junior Suite over New Years. Very comfortable and clean suite, and location was so close to shopping and night life and the Christmas market. Unfortunately the wellness centre was under renovation so I will try to access the centre in my return stay at this hotel hopefully this upcoming summer.

Hotel carino, ben posizionato.Colazione fantastica

Hotel a due passi dalla metro e da una delle principali vie dello shopping. Peccato per la palestra e la spa che non abbiamo potuto provare a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione (ma eravamo stati avvisati di questo). colazioni ok, ottima anche la possibilità di poterne usufruire fino a mezzogiorno.

Absolute Frechheit das es keine Information und auch kein Entgegenkommen gab das der Spa Berech nicht zur Verfügung steht. So kann man gut Kunden locken, allerdings nur ein einzelnes mal.

Nicht so gut: Wenn der Wellnissbereich aus technischen Gründen geschlossen werden muss.. Ist das halt so..eine kleine Information bei der Buchung Worte aber schön.
Angenehmer Aufentalt, frühstücksangebot hat sich sehr verbessert.. Lob an das Team!,

Berlin Hotel in a good location

Gut: Not a lot of noise, the hotel is spotless and the beds are comfortable. This is a gay but " hetrofriendly" hotel
Nicht so gut: No tea or coffee in the room (a big no no for me, sorry)
This hotel is is a good location for shopping and close to the underground train station, making it very easy to get around. Felt very safe in this area.

Disappointed - Could be Much Improved

Gut: The hotel was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.
Nicht so gut: The facilities need to be repaired.
Lage: The hotel is located near some nice shopping areas and close to gay bars for leather and mature gentlemen (not really my type of gay bars).
I have stayed multiple times at the Axel Hotel in Barcelona and had a great experience. The hotel in Barcelona is in good condition, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are decent. The hotel in Berlin, however, was disappointing. The entire inside of the hotel is dark (black walls) and the rooms are very small. The staff was okay, but not terribly friendly or helpful. Three days before arriving at the hotel, I received an email from the hotel informing me that the hotel gym and spa was closed for maintenance. I was most disappointed in the condition of the hotel room -- one of the windows would not close properly (allowing cold air to blow inside), the tub would not drain, and the television did not work. The staff did not bring shampoo and hand soap when we ran out after a couple of days. Instead, we received extra bottles of conditioner. After spending a few days at the Axel hotel in Berlin, I left early and moved to another hotel (the Marriott).

In Axel Hotel Berlín, we always try to improve our services so that our customers can enjoy the hotel and its facilities. The design of is different in every Axel Hotel. In Berlin it is indeed very special and not to everybody's liking but many of our guest like it very much. I would also like to apologize if your room was not as your expectations, but we put the reception staff at your disposal for any issues during your stay 24h a day, they will be more than happy to find a solution for that problem and make your experience exactly as you expected. Horrible staff. Second year I'm year. Still the same (Asian looking), that's the awful. She or he, I don't know.
