Property in need of better upkeep and tidiness. They seemed to struggle with their inside presentation. A bit run down in our opinion. Sorry

The hotel was clean, quiet and location was great! Staff was nice. TV didn’t work but I used my laptop. Bed was really comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice facility- met my expectations and meets the courtyard Marriott standard.
One complaint that is not unique to the Bentonville hotel is the fact that the soap dispensers in the shower are virtually unreadable- it is impossible to know which is soap, which is shampoo, and which is conditioner. The font is so small and in a color so indistinguishable, and most people don’t wear their glasses in the shower—which doesn’t help much either! The brand is big and bold, but if you can’t read the contents, no one will remember the brand! Marriott has done so much to improve the customer experience—this detail would seem easy to fix.

Comfort inn Bentonville.
Veröffentlicht am 12.01.2024 auf HotelsThe food served in the evening was terrible and expensive. The lady who prepared it didn’t know how to use the equipment so the frozen hamburger paddy was Luke warm. The quesadilla was obviously microwaved so the taco shell was rubber.
