grauenhafte Zimmer in der nähe des Flughafens
Zuerst das positive: Das Hotel ist sozusagen direkt beim Flughafen. Es gibt alle 10 Minuten ein GRATIS Bus zum Terminal. Die Empfangshalle sieh gut aus und das Personal ist nett. Aber eigentlich wollte ich mir die Zeit bis der Flug geht im Zimmer schön haben. Aber und das ist bei diesem Hotel echt der Graus. Da wurde wahrscheinlich seit 20 Jahren nichts mehr renoviert. Der TV ist defekt der Bildschirm hatte auf 50% des Bildschirm streifen und falsche Farben (unbrauchbar) Der WC Ring zersetzt sich auf der Oberfläche (die Bakterien werden sich freuen. Der Teppich sieht aus wie 20 Jahren macht kein Spass da Barfuss drauf zu laufen. Die Vorhänge sind mehr grau als weiss. Also kurz gesagt ich halte es nicht länger als 4 Stunden aus. Bett und lacken waren OK. Also Novotel ich denke dieses Hotel kann nicht mehr Euer Visitenkarte sein. Gruss M.B

Hotel und Restaurant selbst waren sehr gut. Jedoch das Zimmer: vieles veraltet und sogar defekt. Bei der Schranktüre, in welcher sich der Kühlschrank befindet müsste man das Scharnier überprüfen/erneuern. Dusche veraltet (Spuren von Schimmel oder anderes) Lamellen bei Badewannenfenster falsch herum gerichtet und total kabutt. Das Hotelzimmer ist einfach sehr veraltet…für die Preise, due bezahlt werden sollte man doch meinen, dass eine Renovation einmal vorgesehen sein sollte…bald.. Teppichboden verschmutzt

Gutes Flughafenhotel
Eine riesengrosse und schöne Lobby Halle begrüsst einen hier. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Leider gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen am Pool und dieser ist auch noch sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und das Restaurant zum Abendessen bietet ebenfalls gutes Essen. Der Preis für ein Zimmer ist für das gebotene eher hoch aber noch vertretbar. Es gibt ausserdem einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen.

Tolles Hotel, direkt am Flughafen. Wenn man mal kurz nach Bangkok rein fahren möchte, kein Problem, die Haltestelle ist fast direkt am Hotel. Kurz zum Flughafen, auch kein Problem, entweder man fährt mit dem Shuttlebus oder zu Fuß. Pool, Essen, Service, Zimmer, Frühstück alles sehr gut.

Good location for the Airport (BKK) we spent one night here in between a late-night arrival and an early morning departure the next day. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the airport and so while the airport Terminal is very close the shuttle seemed to be better then trying to navigate roads etc to get there. Staff were nice and friendly and they helped us a great deal with our need for a wheelchair to get us to the airport check-in desk. Room service was ok. The rooms were starting to get a little tired and could use a face lift, but for the few hours we were in Bangkok on the way hone it was an ideal airport hotel.
