Superschönes Hotel zum kleinen Preis. Das Personal ist ehrlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich angekommen. Die Dachterrasse ist das I-Tüpfelchen und das Restaurant dort bietet leckere Speisen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Man muss nicht außerhalb essen gehen. Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt und die Anbindung an die BTS fehlt. Zur Metro läuft man 15 Minuten. Das ist der einzige Nachteil. Ich fand es schade, daß ich nur eine Nacht war, ich muss wiederkommen. Danke an euch im iSanook.

Nicht Top, aber auch nicht schlecht. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln gegrüßt und an und zu ein kleiner Smalltalk. Zimmer war gut, jedoch hatte jedes Fernsehprogramm immer Störungen, Duschtür unpraktisch, man muss sich selbst als schlanker Mensch reinbiegen, Schimmel in den Fugen. Frühstück wenig Abwechslung, kalte Spiegeleier, kalte Würstchen und Pancakes. Pool sehr schön.

Grundsätzlich handelt es sich bei dem iSanook um ein modernes Hotel. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass es auf dem Dach zwei Jacuzzis und zwei Sonnenterrassen gibt. Der Pool war auch schön und sehr erfrischend. Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist außerhalb der Frühstückszeit sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings ist von dem Frühstück abzuraten, es war eine sehr geringe Auswahl und diese war auch nicht besonders gut. Außerdem war das Zimmer (A-Gebäude) sehr hellhörig. Man konnte keine Nacht wirklich gut schlafen, da man zum Einen die anderen Gäste und zum Anderen den lauten Kühlschrank, die ganze Zeit hörte. Der Fernseher lies sich auch nicht ausschalten. Das Zimmer war durch das gegenüberliegende Gebäude des Hotels einsehbar, weshalb man den größten Teil der Zeit die Vorhänge geschlossen lies. Das Licht im Badezimmer war spärlich. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht die Schönste und im Dunkeln auch recht gruselig. Dennoch liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen (z.B. Lumphini Park, Wat Pho, usw.). Für drei Nächte war das Hotel total ausreichend, aber wiederkommen würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht.

Tolles , modernes Hotel für den Preis kaum was vergleichbares in Bangkok zu finden. Rooftop bar, restaurant ist super schön , Frühstück völlig ausreichend und Zimmer gut eingerichtet mit klimaanlage. Etwas abgelegen in der hinterstes Gasse, aber dafür sieht man wie die Thais dort leben, es gibt Street Food, und das tuk tuk kostet zum Beispiel vom MBK 150 baht bis zum Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kamen nach dem langen Flug am frühen Vormittag an. Leider war es nicht möglich vor 14 Uhr wenigstens ein Zimmer zu beziehen. Am Abreisetag mussten wir um 8 Uhr beim Bahnhof Hua Lamphong sein. Obwohl bereits am Vortag gebeten, war es nicht möglich uns bis 7:30 ein Taxi zu organisieren. Wir gingen zur Hauptstrasse und hatten in 2 Minuten ein TukTuk mit dem wir den Zug noch gerade rechtzeitig erreichten

We were disappointed to read that you did not have a pleasant check-in experience and can assure you we will be investigating the matter. We know our front office team will do everything in their power to check our guests in as soon as possible, however, on the occasion, our guests arrive earlier than 2 PM, it may require a few phone calls to our housekeeping team to clean the room. We do provide the facility of calling a metered taxi for our guests only when they are ready to leave, as a taxi may take a maximum of 10-15 minutes to arrive for pick up.

- Es waren 3 Waschmaschinen (40 Baht) und 2 Trockner (10 Baht) vorhanden. Waschmittel musste selbst mitgebracht werden. Fuer einen längeren Urlaub ist dies sehr praktisch. - Leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet mit sehr nettem Personal. - Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und beherrschten die Englische Sprache sehr gut. - Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis war hervorragend. - Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sorgfältig und aufmerksam gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. - Es ist ein Pool, Fitnessstudio und Jacuzzi vorhanden. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man konnte zu Fuss viele beliebte Ziele (Iconsiam, Siam Paragon, MBK Center, Centralworld, Lumpini Park, Mahanakhon Tower) erreichen. - Es gab englischsprachige Fernsehsender (Fox Movies, Warner Channel).

Das Hotel an sich ist super. Sauber, ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Umgebung ist allerdings nachts etwas gruselig wenn man alleine unterwegs ist. Nachts ist nichts los, man muss wirklich 20 Minuten laufen wenn man was machen will. Alleine wollte ich da nachts nicht unterwegs sein.
