Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend - vorbildlich. Auch die Ausstattung im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch wenn Extras entsprechendes Geld kosten und das zu europäischen Preisen. Schlecht war leider die öffentliche Anbindung. Ohne Taxi oder langen Fußmarsch geht da leider nicht viel. Ebenso ist die Straße in der das Hotel liegt nicht wirklich vertrauenswürdig. Wer aber genau auf die typischen engen Gassen mit Leben auf der Straße sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sehr viel Schimmel und Essensreste vom Vorgänger unterm Bett. Komisch da der Rest des Hotels blitzblank ist. Warum dann bei den Zimmern sparen. Es gibt wohl alte und neue Zimmerausstattung. Leider habe ich eine alte erwischt. Evtl ist es dem geschuldet. Ebenfalls ist es für mich nicht nachvollziehbar keine Steckdose neben dem Bett zu haben. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel okay und würde auch aufgrund der Ausstattung und des Personals nochmal wiederkommen

Das Personal sollte mal ab und zu eingreifen wenn einige Gäste beim Frühstück sich Dumm benehmen. Bsp.: anstatt sein Cafe am Tisch zu Trinken geht man Spazieren durch den Raum wo gefrühstückt wird. Und das beste man nimmt sich Cornflex auf sein Schüßel man isst etwas davon und der Rest wandert wieder zurück wo sich auch die andere Gäste bedienen. Das ist ein No Go.

Ein Lächelns beim einchecken wäre nicht schlecht.
Das Hotel bzw. Zimmer Top kein Beanstandung aber, beim einchecken kein lächel eher das gegenteil. Das Zimmer war am nächste Tag um 16 Uhr noch nicht gemacht worden, trotz Beschwerde am nächste Tag war auch nicht besser.

Schlechte Feedbacks sind unrealistisch
Nachdem einige unberechtigte Feedbacks sehr schlecht waren für dieses Hotel, fühle ich mich verpflichtet diese zu widerlegen. Als erstes, das Hotel ist nicht an der Airportline Makkassan Station, sondern Ratchaprarop ( eine Station weiter) und in 5 min ist man am Hotel. Was die Zimmer betrifft, muss ich sagen das wohl einige ein Basis- Zimmer mit einen größeren besseren ( teurer) Zimmer verwechseln. Die Zimmergrösse steht immer dabei. Das Frühstücks- Buffet ist reichhaltig mit einer sehr großen Auswahl.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel selbst war in Ordnung. Jedoch wollte die Dame an der Rezeption, aufgrund angeblicher elektrischer und sanitärer Probleme, in ein anderes (schlechteres) Hotel versetzen. Und das trotz bezahltem Aufenthalt. Nach kurzer Diskussion bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer und dieses war Okay.

The property was walking distance to Pratunam. However, the surroundings were a bit sketchy. Not to be racist but I think this area has a lot of Indians that made the lobby smell of a distinct scent.

Musty, Moldy, Dirty from the lobby throughout the entire hotel. We stayed in the executive suite. Aside from the size, there was nothing executive about it. Shower water wouldn’t drain, we had no hot water one day, maintenance technician didn't even show up on the first day, musty and moldy smell, etc. We didn’t eat at the hotel because the kitchen looked really dirty; very unappetizing. Taxi drivers outside of hotel were scammers and would always try to overcharge. Instead of taking you directly to your destination, they would take you to some local clothing shops because they received a commission for bringing tourists there.

Esta vez con algunos altibajos: wifi complicado casi todos los días. Decidieron reparar los cuatro ascensores al mismo tiempo, y yo en el piso 19. Mucha gente de India manoseando la comida de las bandejas del desayuno, deberían poner carteles en Hindi para evitar esta situación. Más allá de esto, el hotel está muy bien. Situado a 500 metros de PRATUNAM, ideal para visitar proveedores en el área. El personal muy amable, como siempre, y el desayuno (pese al detalle anteriormente mencionado), espectacular en variedad y calidad. La habitación súper cómoda, amplio ventanal con vista a la ciudad, cama bien. Baño completo, buenísimo. Dignísimo cuatro estrellas. Soy cliente regular y sin dudas volveré.
