Leider war das erste Zimmer welches wir bekommen hatten vom Zustand absolut nicht mit den Bildern zu vergleichen.
Auf Nachfrage hin war ein Tausch des Zimmers ohne Probleme möglich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Zimmer und super Service!

Gut: Am besten hat mir der Service gefallen!! Die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit und haben einem geholfen wo Sie nur konnten.
Lage: Zu Fuß kann man zahlreiche Restaurants und Mini-Markets erreichen, jedoch liegt das Hotel nicht im direkten Zentrum von Kuta was etwas schade ist.
Wir waren eine Woche auf Bali und haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da Sie uns auf den Bildern sehr angesprochen hat.
Die Zimmer sehen genau aus wie auf den Bildern wirklich TOP!

Schönes Hotel für romantische Tage
Veröffentlicht am 11.08.2015 auf HotelsSehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit gutem Service. Zu Fuss sind es 15 min zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Zwei Shopping Malls und ein Wasserpark befinden sich ebenfalls in Gehdistanz (10 min). Der Flughafen ist mit dem Taxi in 10 min zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt leider nicht über ein Restaurant, es gibt jedoch genügend gute Restauraunts in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück wird am Morgen zur gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel bischen abwärts vom Trubel.

Gut: Ist für 2 Personen optimal. schönes Schalfzimmer mit schönem Bad und schönem Pool.
Nicht so gut: Ja, die Auswahl des Frühstücks könnte Besser sein.
Lage: in einer Seitenstrasse, leicht zu Übersehen.Dafür etwas Ruhiger. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Srand. Viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Ausflüge kann man auch
Intressantes Land und Bali ist eine schöne Insel.Freundliche Menschen und sehr saubere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Werde bestimmt wieder Kommen.

The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed.
Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a disappointment and ended up having to eat elsewhere.

Although this place can use a little maintenance but overall I enjoyed it, very convenient and beautiful place , the strip is a 2 minute walk and the beach about 10 minutes

The staff were great and the property was great and has the potential to be amazing, the only thing holding the property back is the cleaning, very poor cleaning, the bed sheets and comforter had stains on the them , toilets looks likes they were not cleaned. The management needs to focus on cleaning the rooms better and that would make it one of the best spots in Bali to stay , other then it not being clean it was amazing the room setup and staff were amazing. Thank you to the staff for a great job .
