Great value and well situated for both K' road and the Queen street shops. Minor feedback was the hotel providing rooms with powdered 'creamer' rather than actual milk for the coffee. Figure if the room has a fridge you should get those uht milk capsules.

The property was run down - it implied there was a washer in the room, there was a very dilapidated laundry room. The 'kitchen' included a microwave whose buttons were taped on; a stove with no dials attached; and a refrigerator that was solid with dirty ice and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The temperature gauge in the room didn't work - it was cold and I had to call twice so that someone could turn on the heat downstairs.

This was a good location for us to attend nearby conference at reasonable pricing. I could book on-site parking. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not perfect, but clean and comfortable.
