This should be the reason that you left the review anonymously.We have strengthened the ventilation system for treating some corridor odour because the smell may linger when someone takes their food from the kitchen to the room. No one can stay for years in a place where the passway smells "horrendous".Also, we never take any bond from guests' cards. We pre-auth 100 on the card as a measure of security. And the amount will drop off automatically from the account when the time is due. It usually takes three to seven business days, depending on each bank. We are sorry you cannot provide evidence by saying you did not have the deposit back.Regards,Grand Central

Hi Shaun, I have been working in reception for many years and cannot speak such a terrible word to a customer.However, your partner's stay has been a disaster for our place. She constantly asked my housekeeper to go to her room for cleaning during her five-night stay and piled the dirty sheets and towels in the corridor outside her room. My housekeeper cringed to go because they felt intimidated, and the room was always messy.She requested to extend her stay for more days. I refused because I did not have availability. The check-out time was 10 AM, but she stayed in the room at three PM. I went to her room to ask her to leave because we must prepare the room for the upcoming guest. That was when she started to shout and yell at me, screaming the words like, "You think I am a prostitute!?" She did not allow me to explain anything at that moment. I literally encountered a horrific situation.I kept the texts she sent insulting our staff in one phone. And I welcome you to come to my place to check the CCTV to say if I acted rudely or spoke like what you reviewed.I must say that I appreciate your stay but sincerely hope you never book our hotel again.
