The royal level wasn’t worth the money at all. We weren’t really given much info or given a tour like we heard other employees explain we should have. My friend got food poisoning from the royal level restaurant the second night and they did nothing to accommodate her. We never went back there again. No offers of money back or anything. Food was just ok at buffets. Best dinner was at the Japanese restaurant. Some staff was exceptional. We tipped them really good bc many of the staff was so rude.

We are deeply sorry that your partner felt poorly during your stay and not being immediately informed as we would have called a doctor for a checkup and for her to be able to enjoy the remaining of your holidays among us, however we would like to take the opportunity to point out that our hotel, like all hotels of our chain, undergoes regular independent audits sent both by the company and the tour operators we collaborate with to ensure our strict food safety management procedures, imposed on a global level by the company, are being followed and thoroughly respected at all times as under no circumstances would we put our guests’ health at risk by serving food in bad conditions, your safety being of course our main concern, therefore we can only assume that you may have consumed something outside the hotel during your stay or on your way to Aruba and sincerely hope that your friend is totally recovered as we speak. On the other hand we thank you for pointing out the kindness and enthusiasm of our staff, their friendliness and helpfulness being our hotels’ main strength we will definitely congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.
