Das Hotel ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen. An Service, Sauberkeit und Strand gibt es jedoch nichts auszusetzen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

1/10 review - nasty front desk worker
The rating would have been 8/10 if not for one staff member working at the front reception desk. I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. I tried to explain that there weee 2 bedrooms, one of which had a balcony and one did not. He was very nasty. He agreed to have someone come look at our room. The maintenance man said it was not working and seemed to be an electrical issue. We went back to that manager and he said we could switch rooms and check the air conditioner first to ensure it was working. The next room he showed us was extremely tiny and not the space we paid for. He said we paid for a family 2 bedroom not a deluxe 2 bedroom. Both his and my invoices clearly said deluxe 2 bedrooms. I have no idea what his problem was. We chose to stay in the larger one with the broken AC because we needed the extra space. The said someone would fix the broken AC the next day. No one ever did even after inquiring about it again. This front desk working is a disgrace. The AC was NEVER fixed. 8/10 - the rest of the staff (excluding front desk reception) were very kind and welcoming. Very clean facilities.

Рай каждому-по доступным ценам!
Плюсов много (доброжелательность, отзывчивость, помощь, поддержка, насыщенное меню, чистота в номере и смена полотенец поддерживалась ежедневно, горячая вечерняя программа, алкогольные и не только напитки, безупречная антиковидная безопасность и т.д.). К минусам отношу-отсутствие кабинок для переодевания, спуск к морю не оборудован должным образом, непонятные сбросы мусора периодические в морскую воду по утрам, встретили хорошо, а выезжая, пришлось самим до КПП тащить свои чемоданы-автотележку не дождались. Если есть возможность- оборудовать комнату для багажа, чтобы не бросать его на проходе у регистратуры. Не смотря на отдельные недостатки довольны отдыхом и рассчитываем на отдых в следующем году с друзьями.

Not a 5* hotel
Communication with the hotel staff was very poor, before and during the stay. We booked and prepaid the airport transfer that never showed up, and the hotel did not have any information about this saying the booking was done via Hotels, even though the payment for the transport was taken by the hotel itself. We still did not receive a refund for this. The overall stay was only OK- not what would you expect in 5* or even 4* hotel. It is definitely way too expensive. The Hotel is worn out, the beach is packed with sun beds that are occupied all day long, again not a 5* experience. They also charge for fresh juice in the morning, which really shows that they are trying to save at every corner. For the amount paid, really not satisfactory experience.

Ne çok iyi, ne de çok kötü..
odalardaki ve bloklardaki temizlik çok iyi seviyede Otel ,bölge ve temizlik çok iyi seviyede. fakat bu büyük yatırımı maalesef yine çalışanlar batırıyor. Temizlik ve lounge bar çalışanları hariç tüm personel tam bir artist, sanki onlar misafir , biz çalışanlarız durumu var. Neredeyse tüm personel bitsede evimize gitsek modunda, yabancı misafirlerin arkasından veya yüzüne türkçe argo kelimeler kullananlar bile var (dayı,hoca,hacı vb) Kırmızı et ve kırmızı et katılan yemekler genellikle pişmemiş veya yarı pişmiş olarak sunuluyor.

Keyifli bir tatil

Have been deeply disappointed with the hotel. Service is at a level of, well, 2+ stars, so if you have experience in staying at real 3+ hotels you will feel that you have been really misled in choosing this place at time of booking. The room (the largest one the hotel offers) is small, squeezed, tight. No Internet in the room - it is hotel policy, wifi with poor internet at public space only. Famous "All-inclusive"-ness ruined by: fanta/sprite/coke/water only in the minibar, A-la-Carte restaurants - free-of-charge for one time per stay only (dishes poorly expressing the restaurant cuisine profile). Poor food choice across all the food facilities in general. Good sea was the only positive impression at all. No recommendation to go and stay here unless you have moderate+ level of demand.

Very nice Hotel and Friendly Staff
We were 12 of us 8 Adults and 4 kids aged from 4 to 6. We were there for the May half term and had a great time. The weather was good, pool and the beach was really clean. Staff was very helpful and especially the entertainment team was brilliant. The kids had a really good time. There was always something for everyone to enjoy each day. Food was good. Only draw back I would say is that there are hardly any British in this hotel as there are lots of Russian and Germans - specially Russians. But this didn't bother us as we had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Zeker doen! Super hotel super mensen toppie :)
Ik kan niks anders zeggen dan dat het perfect was!! Ik heb het met mijn zoon van 10 jaar geweldig gehad. Hij heeft zich geen een dag verveelt. Tegenover het hotel heb je een bureau waar je leuke dagjes kan regelen. Wij hebben een dag vissen en een dag jeep safari gedaan. Je was voor een zo'n dagje pp € 25 euro kwijt. Moeite waard om het te doen. De animatie team was in een woord geweldig. Super aardige en vriendelijke jongens ik heb veel gelachen met ze. Ze regelen de hele dag dag door wel iets. Of voetbal of volleybal of een leuk spel, darten ga zo maar door. Het eten was zooooo veel dat je al vol zat van het kijken geweldig lekker, vooral de vrijdag dan hebben ze Turkisch night en echte culinaire Turkse gerechten. Daarna een Turkse avond echt super gezellig. Elke avond om 21.15 is er een optreden geregeld kan je genieten van een geweldige show. Daarna gaat de gezelligheid weer door bij het zwembad met muziek en dansen. Er waren veel russen ze drinken veel maar aardige mensen ze zijn netjes en gedragen zich goed. Dat zeg ik omdat sommigen mensen ze behoorlijk neerhalen en angsten creëren. Niet nodig we hebben dezelfde normen en waarden heb ik gezien. Alles was top!!! Ik heb ook leuke foto's laten maken. Heb hebt een soort fototent bij het zwembad. Hij heeft een papegaai en een kameleon zeker aan te raden om een herinnering te laten vastmaken.De kamers waren net genoeg ze zijn niet groot maar ja het is toch alleen maar om te slapen als dat het enige is. Ik ga zeker terug :)

Отдых в Бельдиби
Поехали на 4 дня с семьей, и довольны поездкой. Пейзаж горы и море в сочетании с зеленой территорией очень живописны. Территория ухожена пляж чистый. На море валуны при входе в море но есть специальные дорожки и пирсы с которых можно заходить в море. В остальном: анимация, детский клуб, ресторан с концепцией "все включено" оставили хорощее впечатление.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly atmosphere
The hotel was very clean, staf were constantly cleaning, fantastic shows and games lovely staff in that department, very nice and friendly. Lots of food available but the quality of the food and drinks were bad. The staff in the reception area some were very nice and helpful but some other even though were nice did not speak enough English, also one staff(man) even though spoke English was very rude. Unfortunately he served us when we arrived and when we left. But the rest of the staff from cleaners to the restaurant and every where else were fantastic.

Üç yıldızlı bir otel seviyesinde..
Yemekler berbay ötesi. Tavuğun 6-7 çeşidi yapılıyor, fakat türk damak tadına uygun hiç bir şey yok. Sadece salata ile karın doyurduk. Yemekler son derece kalitesiz ve lezzetsiz. Çalışanların % 90'ının stajyer olması kaliteyi iyice düşürmüş. Bazı yemekler yirmi dakika gibi kısa sürede bitiyor ve yenilenmiyor. Sorunca "Tahminimizden çok fazla müşteri geldi" diyorlar. Maliyet hesabını çok abartmışlar. Meyve suyu yerine boyalı toz karışımı veren tek otel sizinkiydi. Onu almak için bile uzun sıra bekleniyor. İçkiler zaten en alt kalite, onda da "Kalmadı" diyorlar. Türk gecesinde ilk defa et gördük. Döner alabilmek için tam 22 dakika sıra bekledik ve karşılığında 25 gr döner alabildik. Köfteler bile hazır donmuş tavuk köftesi. Bunları anlattığım halkla ilişkiler yetkilisi krizden dolayı kalitenin düştüğünü söylüyor. Ayrıca tesis çok eski ve bakımsızlıktan dökülüyor. Fotolar aldatıcı. Sahil halk plajı gibi sıkışık ve yer bulunmuyor.

Sayın Onur Bey, Öncelikle tesisimiz hakkındaki olumsuz yorumunuz için çok üzüldüğümüzü belirtmek isteriz. Otelimizde Uluslararası ve Türk mutfağına hitap eden a la carte restoranlarımız, Beach Club, Snackbar ve Ana Restoran olmak üzere 8 adet Yiyecek & İçecek servisi verdiğimiz nokta vardır. Bayram döneminde Ana Restoranımızı Sabah 07.00-11.00, Öğlen 12.00-14.30 ve Akşam 18.30-21.30 Saatlerinde erken açarak ve geç kapatarak gerekli önlemler alınmış ve ayrıca 6 adet a la carte restoranımız tam kapasiteyle misafirlerimizin hizmetine sunulmuştur. Yorumunuzda Yemeklerin 20 dakikada bittiği ve yenilenmediği sözünüz bizleri çok şaşırtmış olup bu kesinlikle söz konusu değildir. Tüm yemek çeşitleri Büfe saatleri içerisinde yeterince vardır. Bir yiyecek bittiğinde hemen Mutfaktan takviye gelmektedir. Otelimizde yaptığımız Anket çalışmalarından ve misafirlerimizden gelen geri dönüşlerde Yemek konusunda yüksek bir memnuniyet olduğu görülmektedir. Lezzetsiz olarak nitelendirdiğiniz öğlen ve akşam büfelerinde en az 20 çeşit soğuk,18 çeşit sıcak yemek ve 2 çeşit Izgara sunulmaktadır. Sıcak yemeklerden en az iki tanesi et yemeğinden oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca yukarda belirtiğimiz gibi otelimizde toplam 6 adet a’la carte Restoranımız mevcut olup, bunlardan Osmanlı, Mexika ve Mangal Restoran menüleri et ağırlıklı olup, tatiliniz esnasında bu restoranlarımızda rezervasyon yaptırmanızı dilerdik. Sizlerin damak tadına hitap edemediğimiz için üzgünüz. İçecek konsepti olarak tüm otellerimizde Türkiye’nin en kaliteli içecek markaları kullanılmaktadır. ( EFES BİRA, PEPSİ COLA ÜRÜNLERİ, LİPTON İCE TEA ÜRÜNLERİ) Otelimiz 53.000 m² alana kurulu olup sahili 900 m uzunluğundadır. Üç adet toplam 1500 m² İskele alanımız mevcuttur. Konaklayan tüm misafirler için yeterince Şezlong ve güneşlenme alanı vardır. Saygılarımızla.

Отдых состоялся!
Очень доброжелательный персонал, просто не знал как и чем нам лучше угодить. Отличное место - сочетание моря и гор! Большой пляж оборудован пирсами, с которых удобно купаться, прямо на пирсе есть душ. Дно моря покрыто крупными камнями, мы купили тапочки для плавания. Это пожалуй единственный недостаток... Питание - хорошее, между обедом и ужином тоже кормят вкусными гамбургерами, турецкими блинами с начинкой. Для любителей выпить есть даже оригинальный шотландский виски, ну и конечно вкусное пиво. К сожалению нет бесплатного шампанского, пришлось покупать в отеле. Можно взять и в магазине за углом забора отеля. В детском клубе украинские аниматоры - девчонки исключительно здорово заботились о наших детках 8 и 10 лет. Дочки просто не хотели уходить из детского клуба. В целом отдых состоялся, хотя в мае на этот раз не очень повезло с погодой. Рекомендуем отель для семейного отдыха всем!

Great hotel...if you're not from England
Absolutely loved the whole Hotel and really enjoyed the 4nights spent there. The highlight being Emrê orgaising a great volleyball game. Everyones friendly and helpful and though we got a few stares from some of the guests there was nothing unpleasant about the resort.
