Great Area

Family Gathering
This house is a great place for families. Regardless of age there is something for everyone from the pool table and pingpong in the garage to the pool and hot tub in the back yard. My family ages ranged from 18-83 and we had an amazing stay. Everyone had space, even shared it didn't seem crowded. The hot tube, pool and large kitchen were my favorite parts. We played games at the dinning room table when it was raining out and had a blast. Anyone with large families, this is the place to stay.

Anaheim Conference
Three of us (Soccer Coaches) attended a conference at Anaheim Converntion Center. We were very disappointed in the lack of preparation and inspection of the home prior to our stay. All of thes issues were obvious and should have been repaired before allowing rental. We contacted them and have not recieved any interest or concern on their part. The "worst" VRBO easily and we have collectively stayed in more than 30 different ABnB and VRBO homes. Water Problems throughout the home: (Lack of) MasterSuite 1 No Hot Water in the bathroom sink. Cold works no hot at all. MasterSuite 2 Shower does not work. Kitchen Sink with garbage disposal: Water issues again, not enough pressure for both hot and cold. Island kitchen sink: little or no pressure for both hot and cold. Refrigerator says to change the water filter. Front door keypad lock was temperamental throughout the stay. Would open but was difficult to lock. Obviously, all of these flaws on their own would have been troubling and with more people in the home it would have been impossible. Therefore, I don’t believe we received the property that had been represented in the ad and promised by the written description.

We are so sorry that you did not have an exceptional stay at our property. The plumbing in this home can be a little tricky. Some of these issues are addressed in the guest guide. No hot water in the bathroom sink in Master Suite #1 is currently not repairable. Master Suite #2 shower does work and instructions are in the guide. Garbage disposal and island kitchen sink have been repaired. Filters for the refrigerator are replaced on a regular basis. We have had no complaints about the keypad up to this point. Our cleaning and maintenance staff is available 24/7 to help with any issues that arise.

Holiday getaway
The water pressure/ HOT water in the bathrooms were the biggest issue. Property manager had a tech come back to check/replace the shower heads due to being partially clogged. The HOT water issue from the bathroom sinks needs to be addressed by a plumber. Also, the dishwasher needs maintenance, the soap pods don't dissolve like they're supposed to which leaves the dishes dirty. We ended up washing our on dishes the entire time. Everything things else was good, the family loved the oversized sectional and the beds slept good. The kids loved the pool area and the game room.

Great house for 2 families
The house was great. We had some hot water issues in the kitchen and drainage issues, but management got back to us in a timely manner and fixed everything but the hot water in the kitchen. That couldn't be fixed until we left the property. It made it cumbersome to wash dishes, but overall a great stay.

Highly recommend this home!
From the moment we booked our stay till we checked out, the entire process was a breeze. LaDonna was incredibly patient and helpful with all questions I had, even made last minute adjustments when I requested without delay. Their house manager, Carolyn, was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. Honestly, they made the whole check in, stay, check out process so smooth! I truly appreciate their professionalism and team work. The home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. I read previous reviews about problems with the water and such, but any concerns we had, were promptly resolved. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, they even had life jackets for the littles. We loved having such a beautiful home to return to after our days at Disney and to be able to cook and relax in such a comfortable setting. We would definitely stay here again and I recommend if you’re looking for a rental for vacation that you stay here! Thank you for making our stay smooth, comfortable and memorable!

Spacious, nice beds but appliances malfunctioned
The house was spacious, the back yard was the best feature. We were disappointed with the low water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also the refrigerator was leaking water and would not stay cold. Ice cream melted and we had to dispose of some items. We had to move our food to the garage unit, and it was a bit of a hassle for the elder folks in my family to get to the other fridge. I was also stressed out about all of the rules the house came with AFTER we had paid and signed the contract. It would have been better to disclose the conditions beforehand. We adhered to the rules, but again, we have two elderly folks who can't walk far and the rule about no parking on the street was concerning. Finally, for a 'luxury' house and stay, I would expect lotion in the bathrooms, Coffee pods and more trash bags.

Wonderful time!
Our 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids had an awesome time. It was nice to have a short drive to and from Disneyland. There was so much room in the house. The number of bathrooms is a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - the temperatures were absolutely perfect. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage, although there was a bit of a smell in there. We look forward to coming back to Anaheim with even more family.

Tired property, maintenance and water issues, Guests expected to serve as property inspectors
I was so excited when we found this property -it looked perfect for our 3 families - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, pool, spacious bedrooms, dining areas, living room & kitchen. Based on the reviews, it seemed the property manager was responsive. I should have questioned why SO MANY of the reviews said they had to contact the property manager. Here’s what we had challenges with: 1. Warm water: We were instructed to run sinks & showers for 5-7 mins before we should expect warm water b/c it’s an on-demand heater and ALL WATER needs to be cleared from the system before it heats up. With CA in a drought, this is awful. 2. Dishwasher: We ran a load of dishes & the detergent pod had come out of the compartment but was barely disintegrated. The hard water in the house has ruined the dishwasher. We ended up having to buy plates and cups to eat. 3. Clothes washer & dryer were unsafe and unclean: The lint trap filter and compartment were COMPLETELY FULL - scary as that's a fire hazard & the dryer had nasty brown sticky gunk in distilled water compartment. 4. Maintenance: Shower heads wouldn’t divert water, one toilet wouldn’t stop running, jet tub didn’t work, kitchen & bathroom sinks had no plugs to do dishes, and signs indicated if plumber needed to be called, there would be $250 charge. 5. Bugs: We found bugs & spiders, alive & dead, in windowsills, bathrooms & closets. I had multiple texts with managers. It was embarrassing and disruptive to resolve the issues during vacation.

There were 8 of us staying here and we were not cramped. So much space. Very clean. Awesome pool and hot tube. Teens had fun playing ping pong and pool. They also loved playing the Wii again! Beautiful home, spacious excellent location
Overall it was a comfortable stay, ideal for parent with young children. Only problem I had was that you can’t set AC to below 72. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing and I prefer to set temp at 69 at night. Luckily it wasn’t a warm weekend. They do clearly state that no noise outside past 10 so you can’t even be outside as the lights and temp of water in the jacuzzi shut off which on a holiday weekend was annoying. Teens don’t go to bed early so I would think twice about that for this location if you have a few teens like I do. However it’s Very safe for families with young kids as there is an alarm on the back door that leads to the pool.

Amazing home!!!
Incredible home!! Great location, so clean and family friendly! Quiet cul-de-sac; the backyard felt like our own private retreat! Pool and hot tub were incredible—nice and warm when the brisk CA cold front came in. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were so awesome and plenty of space for a family or 2 or 3. The king sized beds were so comfortable-all the mattresses were great. We had plenty of hot water and great water pressure the whole time. The garage was so fun with the games and tvs were great too. Great communication as well. We are already planning our next vacation to come stay here again!

Great place to home base for Disney/Universal
The house is big, not just a perspective trick on the camera. Lots of room to accommodate two families and several kids. No problems with pool, or hot tub (a first in 4 trips on vrbo!), fixtures and faucets worked, and water was hot and had good pressure. It's a good home for families: everything is clean and in good condition, but not a crystal palace you're afraid to have kids in! Noticed some comments about the water temperature. It's a tankless heater, you'll need to run it for a minute to warm up. Staff was also accommodating. Small things were fixed, messages got responded to quickly. Our first day was moved because of flight delays and there were no problems. We were told the neighbourhood is conversation-volume only during the day. Made me a little concerned to let the kids play in the pool. No problems, but it's something I hope that's resolved with the city. Thanks again for opening your home to us. We'll be back next time we're around LA!

Very nice and spacious place
This house is big enough to comfortably accommodate a large family get together of 10. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved the spacious kitchen. However, more kitchenware such as utensils, glasses would be nice. There were plenty of plates though. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and quiet. Noise between rooms and from outside was almost non-existent. We loved the use of the garage as a game room. We spent a lot of time here when not in the pool. The pool area was our favorite spot. It was quiet and private. Having the outdoor hot tub in addition to the main pool was an added bonus. Sitting under the awning and relaxing was worth it as well. The natural gas grill was a really nice touch as we never had to worry about propane levels. Overall, this was a very nice space worth the money.

Always a pleasure
This house has become our family "go to" since the pandemic. We've rented this house several times and it's always a great time. Just the right space, great amenities (pool,spa,game room for the kids, & BBQ pit). We just hate that the city has a no noise ordinance after 10. Sometimes the "grownups" would like to enjoy the spa after we put the kiddos down. But overall, always a good experience for our family. The kitchen is my favorite place! Fully equipped! And huge!

We were all older guys attending the NAMM Show at the convention center. Upstairs bath shower didn't work. Was fixed, but no pressure, so pretty much unusable. None of the sinks had hot water. Warm at best. One of the downstairs showers had no hot water at all. One got kind of warm, the other was fine. bottom line - lots of cold showers, which really sucked. Like I said - 5 guys, so we lived with it. Most likely future tenants will not.

very clean home
very clean house and plenty of room. The cameras and door alarm where way to much. The text messages I got when we were dead asleep in bed at night and then the next morning due to noise concerns was a little much. Not sure if they got a mic that listens for noise. The morning text was because the lawn mowing company started mowing at 0800 in the morning. The pool and hot tub was very nice. I would stay again if cameras and noise texts would go away. I understand they are protecting the neighbors and their business but man it just feels weird.

We had a great stay at this house! We loved the location and the backyard especially. The pool and hot tub were delightful! The bedrooms are spacious and roomy, not the most comfortable beds but after a day at Disney, we didn't mind too much. A few issues, the first day, we had no hot water, terrible water pressure, and the back door alarm needed a battery replaced. We contacted Jeff and had no problems getting him to come over and fix almost all the issues. The water pressure was never fixed but it was not a major issue. We had an overall great time and would stay here again.

Just needs a little updating
Great location and pool and hot tub were great! They are also very responsive when you need something. The inside was pretty dusty. The drawers in the bedroom made our clothes stink. The couch in the main room definitely needs new foam in the cushions. New mattresses wouldn't hurt either.

Nice House
I must be honest the house was very spacious and really nice, I would say the house looks way better in person. There were a couple concerns that need to be addressed, first the doors in the home were not safe. The pool doors never locked nor did they really stay closed, which caused the alarm to go off multiple times and for us to receive “noise complaint alerts” when we had not been to the rental in a few hours. The bedrooms door never completely closed or locked either. There was only one available shower due to the others not only having little no water pressure but only staying heated for 3 minutes. The home is beautiful but those are not only health concerns but also safety. We thank you so much and appreciate your communication throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend again.

Nice place for a family get-together
We had an enjoyable time. The house was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. There were alot of regulations, but I think that helps keep the place nice for future tenants. Communication and working with LaDonna was a smooth experience.

Family holiday gathering
After being apart for over a year due to Covid, we were able to gather the family together for the Christmas holiday. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and near many attractions. (15-20 minute drive to Disney or Knotts Berry Farm, about a 45 minute drive to downtown LA/Universal Studios and about 20-30 minute drive to LAX- depending on traffic, of course.). The house was large enough for everyone (allowed up to 13). Two bunkbed rooms (full sized mattress) on each floor. Two master bedrooms with ensuites (1 with shower/toilet and another with separate shower/bath, & toilet) on the 1st floor and another master bedroom on the 2nd floor with an en-suite (shower & toilet). There is also a joint bathroom on the 1st floor. All master bedrooms have king sized beds. All rooms also have tvs with cable connection. The garage is carpeted with a washer/dryer, ping pong table, and pool table. The kitchen is large with an oversized refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser. The stove top is separate from the double oven. There was a microwave beside the oven but it wasn’t working at the time, so they provided a separate microwave that worked great. There are two tables with 8 chairs each but you could push the tables together (if you wanted to be with the kids 😉). But for us, the best part of the house was the pool and jacuzzi/spa. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi heated quickly, once turned on. (Temps were in the low 60s.) Sometimes it was so warm that we went to the pool just to cool down and then went back into the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had a waterfall feature that went into the pool so the water would be super nice at that area. I think that the pool depth was around 4’ to about 8’? So if you have little ones or folks that can’t swim well, stay near the stairs. As always, there should be someone in the yard/pool that can keep an eye on others. They also provide large beach towels for use too. There is a table, chairs, and bbq in the yard. It’s nicely decorated - with palm trees and various plants. Working with LaDonna was great too. She answered all my questions and concerns. I did inform her about some minor issues at the house and she said that she would inform the maintenance person so that it will be looked into. We would reach out to LaDonna again to stay at another house if we happen to be in the LA area again.

Positives: There were plenty of swimming towels and large kitchen which had a lot of pots and pans. Good for large gatherings. Great to have a washer and dryer with detergent as well. The pool table and ping pong was nice. It was also nice to have a Christmas tree with lights. Lots of storage space was good. Negatives: The pool alarm sounded as we came in unless there was somebody that was inside to disarm it when we come in the back door. There was low water pressure in the home. It took a long time to get hot water. There was a leak in the upstairs master bathroom sink and the downstairs guest bathtub. These items were reported however no one came during our stay and it was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Some of the TVs were not working. There were not enough dish towels. The swimming pool had a lot of leaves in it and we spent time cleaning it out.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, Lin-Lin. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, California law states that all doors leading to the pool must have a child safety alarm. Maintenance addressed the low water pressure in the home, and it should no longer be a problem for future guests. We hope you will allow us the opportunity to improve upon this stay when you revisit the Anaheim area.

I would like to say that we did enjoy the property for the most part, location to the parks was nice. However we did run into a number of issues while staying at the property and these issues definitely had an impact on our stay. The first issue and probably the biggest issue was the water. I think what was so frustrating about this is that water pressure is NOT a new issue to this property. It had to get to the point that we had absolutely no water in the upstairs bathroom and very little in the kitchen (including the dishwasher). I had sent a text early in the morning in regards to the lack of trash bags, no working crockpot (when we had planned a meal around that), back door not locking properly, fridge leaking. Mouse trap under the couch, that could’ve been bad if a kid got their hands on it. Eventually most of those issues were discussed after additional texts and phone calls most things were resolved. But took far too much coordination to get fixed. The next day we came home to a cold pool and even colder "spa." For which we paid a premium to heat. I contacted and tried to inform that the spa was not working. I was told that the spa was turned off even though there was still time during the "outside pool hours." I had turned on the Spa at around 8:30pm waited for an bit prior to contacting to make sure that there truly was an issue. The response was that it doesn't work between 10pm and 9am.. we still had almost two hours to use it. To this I responded that I turned it on at 8:30 and an hour later it was still freezing cold. No response. The next morning we thought we would try again. Still freezing cold. I started my calls to try and get someone out to help get the pool up and running. Basically we had to figure out ourselves the pool was not getting gas. This is a bit out of the control of the managers and I get that. However the lack of response to get it fixed in a timely manner left us without the pool and spa on a day we had planned on staying to use it.Although all of these things seem minor they were frustrating and took time away from our vacation to communicate and get them all fixed eventually. I really expected more from a company that required myself and my family to abide by every rule that was in the 16 page contract however I don't feel like they with held their end of the agreement. Once home, I reached out to Ladonna to express my frustration with no response.. beware friends, all of these issues added up quickly!
