We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink.
It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that.

I'm very sorry that you had felt this way. I was unaware that the bathroom sink was an issue until you had brought to my attention but although I was more than happy to take care of it immediately, you & your husband told me that it was Not an issue for you & not to worry about it. Although We would not have had the option to offer you another room had, for we had been completely booked for this night for months & this was exactly the room that you had booked online, I really wish that you had been honest with me about how you felt & that you had given me a chance to offer some options & or allow you to find or I would have helped you find somewhere else to stay Without penalty because given the chance, I bend over backwards & personally do Everything that I possibly can to ensure that All my guests are as Happy & Comfortable at all times as possible. Given the chance I'm sorry that you did not find the room comfortable,. Most of our guests appreciate having a couch in the room & a Complimentary Refrigerator, microwave & coffee pot complete with Free condiments provided Our ceiling heaters work great if you didn't feel comfortable with the floor one. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns & for recognizing my efforts of how clean I keep my rooms. Cleanliness & Comfort are very important to us always !
