Die Unterkunft entspricht tatsächlich 5 Sterne. Es ist wie im Paradies und es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Traumhafte Aussicht bei vielen Zimmern, glasklares Wasser, äusserst nettes Personal. In der Hochsaison wird der Strand vermutlich etwas eng. Man muss in der Lage sein, Treppen mühelos zu besteigen. Es gibt einige Ort, die man nur über die Treppe erreichen kann. Am Strand gibt es keine Toilette und man muss den Hang hochsteigen. Nebenkosten im Hotel sind sehr hoch und es gibt keien Alternative ausserhalb. Wir hatten Residenzclub und da ist höchste Qualität Drinks und Essen inbegriffen.

Zu laut und keine 5 Sterne wert.
Der Check In Prozess ist eine Farce. So kompliziert und unnötig. Instead dauert es um die 20-30 Minuten. Hatte auch andere Gäste die der Check In Prozess sehr missfiel. Besonders mit Baby oder Kind. Mussten das Zimmer tauschen weil wir morgens aufgewacht sind und überall Ameisen waren. Auch in unserem Koffer. Nach mehrmaligem hin und her wurde uns nach mehreren Stunden ein neues Zimmer gezeigt. Die Zimmer sind mega hellhörig. Über uns hat man jeden Schritt gehört. Auch vom Flur kam abends eine Lautstärke wenn Gäste dort entlang gegangen, als wären sie direkt im Zimmer. Mit einem Baby etwas unpraktisch. In der Bar Crystal Box haben wir gewartet und gewartet und ea kam niemand um unsere Bestellung entgegen zu nehmen. Nach einer halben Stunde sind wir gegangen. Beim Frühstücks und Abend Buffet herrscht durch die unzähligen Babys und Kleinkinder eine Lautstärke wie auf dem Jahrmarkt. Einfach nur schlimm. Das Restaurant Personal ist aber super lieb und aufmerksam. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal hinreisen ausser man hat eine Villa. Aber die kostet natürlich ordentlich.

Traumhafte Lage, obwohl die Anlage groß ist, sind die Zimmer so verteilt, dass man dies nicht spürt. Große Zimmer mit allem Komfort, Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet mit sehr reichhaltigem Angebot, dazu zwei weitere Restaurants mit hervorragendem Essen. Waren zum vierten Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolles Hotel mit atemberaubenden Kulisse
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Daios Cove. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, das Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Anlage ließ nichts zum wünschen übrig. Der hohe Preis wurde durch all das genannte überkompensiert.

Der perfekte Strandurlaub
Wir hatten eine Villa mit privatem Pool. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Am Strand haben wir jeden Tag kostenlos Wasser und eine Platte mit frischen Früchten erhalten. Abends kann man zwischen drei Restaurants wählen. Besser geht es kaum.

ein Hotel zum Entspannen
Dieses Hotel ist auch für Familien die entspannen wollen, und ruhe suchen ,sehr zu empfehlen.Die Lage der Zimmer ist sehr gelungen, und fügt sich einfach toll in die Umgebung ein.Die Restaurants sind gut ,und die Auswahl ist groß.Bei Fragen ist immer jemand zur stellte,und es wird sofort erledigt. Dieses Hotel kann nichts dafür wenn das Mittelmeer so vermüllt wird.

Große Hotelanlage mit einem kleinem Strand.
Wir haben sechs erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht.Alles war o.k, haben aber einen schöneren Strand erwartet.Es war so eng,dass man Fußkontakt von allen Seiten zum Nachbarn hatte. Die Anlage ist schön in die Landschaft integriert. Das Hotel war voll ausgebucht, trotzdem hat man die Massen an Menschen nicht wahrgenommen ,abgesehen von dem bereits erwähnten Strandabschnitt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig . Mittag bzw. Abendessen hat keine 5 Sterne verdient / Pizza ungenießbar /.Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und professionell .

Zu viel was zu einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht passt!
Obwohl der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt war, hat das Hotel nicht gewusst, dass wir kommen. Dreimal musste ein Handwerker kommen weil das Türschloss defekt war. Erst beim dritten Mal wurde das Schloss dann auch ausgewechselt. Hatte Blumen für einen Geburtstag bestellt. Wurden am gewünschten Tag geliefert aber ohne Vase. Obwohl ich ca. fünfmal angerufen habe wurde es Abend bevor wir eine Vase erhielten die für den Strauss gross genug war. Das Problem schien oft an der Kommunikation zu liegen. Ein schönes Beispiel war das Auschecken. Unser Gepäck war im Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum und wir baten darum es zum Taxi zu bringen. Die Person die sich um das Gepäck kümmerte, brachte es aber zu unserem bereits ausgecheckten Raum, so dass wir beim Taxi etwa 20 Minuten auf das Gepäck warten mussten.

Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in traumhafter Lage
Große, wunderschön gestaltete Anlage mit sehr großen Zimmern und Villen in traumhafter Lage mit allem erdenklichem Luxus. Spa nur für Kinder ab 16, dazu gehört auch der Innenpool. Gute Restaurants, schneller Roomservice, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Essen sehr gut. Meer war an den letzten beiden Tagen im Oktober verdreckt.

Luxus ist hier schön
Eine wunderbar in die Landschaft eingefügte Anlage, weitläufig aber kein Problem da sehr komfortabel gelöst. Inneneinrichtung sehr edel und nicht landestypisch aber sehr rund in sich.Die Lage sehr schön mit der Nähe zu Heraklion und zum Westen von Kreta. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand in der kleinen Bucht ruhig, sandig, der Blick traumhaft schön von den Zimmern aus. Wunderbar für Erholung und Luxus. Griechenland ist woanders, aber nicht weit weg :-)

Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub
Für Gäste die eine ruhige, gehobene Atmosphäre suchen das Richtige. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, sehr international und angenehm zurückhaltend. Die gesamte Anlage einmalig schön gelegen, zT leider sehr weitläufig, sehr sauber und gepflegt bis ins Detail. Aktivitäten sucht man fast besser ausserhalb des Hotels. Für Familien mit Teenagern würde ich dieses ruhige Hotel weniger empfehlen, mit Kleinkindern eher. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und von hoher Qualität, bezüglich Interner Rstaurants stimmt Preis/Leistung jedoch nicht. Es lohnt sich, für die Aufenthaltsdauer ein Mietauto zu nehmen und ins nahe (10min) Agios Nikolaos zu fahren, wo es unzähliche kleine Tavernen und Bars gibt und auch gesellschaftlich viel los ist. Eine gute Abwechslung zum sehr ruhigen Hotel.

Schönes Hotel!
Ziel unseres Aufenthaltes war, dass wir uns eine Woche gut erholen können. Dieses Ziel wurde mehr als erreicht! Man fühlt sich als Gast bestens aufgehoben und wir haben selten so gut geschlafen, wie in diesen Ferien (offene Fenster, Meeresrauschen....). Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet (gross und vielfältig) und aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten wir jeden Morgen draussen frühstücken (herrlich!). Wenn es überhaupt Abstriche zu machen gibt, dann wohl am ehesten beim Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Restaurants. Das Essen am Mittag oder Abend war zwar in Ordnung, aber für 5 Sterne besteht hier bestimmt noch Verbesserungspotential. Im nahe gelegenen Agios bezahlt man die Hälfte und isst eindeutig besser. Ebenso kann es in der Hochsaison am kleinen (aber schönen) Sandstrand etwas eng werden. Insgesamt war diese Woche wie gesagt sehr erholsam und wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. Noch etwas zum Schluss: wer Action und Animation sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platz.

Super Hotel mit Schwächen im Management
Wirklich ein ausgesprochen schönes Hotel mit bester Ausstattung. Umso überraschender sind die doch erheblichen Mängel im Management. Der Service im Bereich der Restaurants ist diesem Hotel unwürdig, wobei es nicht am stets freundlichen Personal, sondern an deren Überforderung lag. Tische wurden fallweise viel zu spät abgeräumt, nachdem die Gäste das Restaurant verlassen hatten. Auch eine geschlossene Abendveranstaltung am Pool steht konträr zu einem Hotel welches sich mit Ruhe und Erholung versucht zu verkaufen. Das die Essensreste am Boden im Bereich der Buffets noch Tage vor sich hin stanken war auch nicht sehr erfreulich. Alles nicht wirklich katastrophal, aber von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse bin ich eigentlich etwas anderes gewohnt.

One of a kind, excellent! This was our 4th visit over the last 7 years and the facilites, decor and food just keep getting better. The setting and interior is stunning, its luxury but also familt friendly so everyine wins. Go for the all inclusive option and you will genuinely be delighted with the variety of food options, drinks and restaurants. It's genuinely become our happy place and very hard to beat, its become the reason why we work! (We are 2 adults and 2 children under 7)

Daios Cove is a beautiful hotel, it was super clean and the staff were fabulous! It is however worth noting that it’s 20 minute drive from anywhere €40 round trip to the local town, the children’s pool is absolutely tiny, (it’s a shame they didn’t make the adults only pool the kids one to be honest) and in busy periods sunloungers by both the pool and on the private beach are impossible to obtain! The food is great we were half board and couldn’t fault it but the restaurants are expensive for lunch and drinks eg. ice lollies €6 a go and drinks in line with top London prices. There were water sports on offer paddle boards €20 an hour and the doughnut rides €30 a go per person, diving, waterskiing etc are on offer but in peak times you do have to wait a while. We would return due to the quality of the food and the staff who were faultless but would probably go as all inclusive next time around as offers better options for restaurants. It’s about an hours transfer from the nearest airport and the transfer for 5 of us was €195 each way this is included with all inclusive.

A nice huge resort
If you are looking for a huge hotel without personal attention this is a place for you. The room was large but dated. Some of the public areas also need to be updated. The food was mediocre. The beach is beautiful though there was a lot of smoking. Guests did not wear masks in public areas and some of the hotel stuff were wearing face guards but not appropriate masks. This is not a great resort for couple. It is more suitable for families.

Amazing stay!
Amazing hotel, amazing location. The service is proper to a 5 star hotel, everybody is fantastic. Private beach. The restaurants are not very cheap but you are in a luxury hotel.

Fabulous resort service patchy st pool bar although not awful by any means Linen supposed to be changed every 3 days automatically - had to remind this Would be lovely if resort called you before stay to help arrange a taxi transfer taxi from hotel back to airport fab, but other hotels call and arrange pick ups too - of course you would expect to pay and then shocks of cost avoided ie £108.00 one way from airport to resort which is fine but not expected I did my research nut was misinformed by search so was only expecting £60.00 - not the resorts fault though - should have called them ! Would be lovely if hotel provided hessian beach bags to carry items to beach . Just feedback to further improve a great holiday Apart from that fantastic !! Would highly recommend and would stay here again ;)
