We had a large black moldy, wet hole in the ceiling of our bathroom. Water clearly was coming down through it and making the toilet and floor wet. It seemsd yo be directly underneath the toilet in the room upstairs... so we assumed that toilet was leaking and it was toilet water dripping down into our bathroom. Totally. Gross. The bathtub, too, was unclean and disgusting. We didn't use the tub and only used the toilet once. Having said that, though, the bedroom area was neat and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the place was quiet. The hallway smelled like someone was cooking curry in their room; and, in the morning, clearly someone was smoking in the hallway because it came into our room and caused us to jet out before we choked.
