Aircondition in the breakfastroom is like a freezer. Management is unable or unwilling to increase tempreture although we complained every day.

Great hotel. Superior room is 26 sqm, which is big enough for 10 days. Plus, it has a real bathroom with some space and, above all, no designer crap (like glass walls, sink in the main room etc).
Location is outstanding, easy access to dhoby ghaut, bencoolen and bras basah mrt stations. That means you can go anywhere in the city in a short time.
Staff are very friendly, and the service level is great. They gave us a late checkout and let us use the pool area and the showers there (flight departed at 2325).
