Two of the three advertised dining options are always closed and staff have no idea if and when they will open. The third dining option is only open certain days of the week. You will need to bring your own groceries and cook in your room for every meal or drive about 20 minutes outside of the resort to find food.
Rooms are in disrepair - holes in blankets, stains on upholstery, broken furniture and decor.
Resort property is massive and beautiful but you will need to drive everywhere. There is an advertised shuttle to get you around, but we found it incredibly inconsistent. One might we had to walk a mile back to our rooms with sleepy kids at bedtime because there wasn't enough staff to pick us up in the shuttle.
There were lots of activities for kids and the staff running the activities were very kind and doing the best with what was available to them (broken games and equipment).
Our stay felt more like renting a run down airbnb with a good community pool than a 4 star resort.
