Sehr gepflegtes Resort mit wunderschönen Wohnungen mit allem Komfort, Küche , Waschmaschine/ Trockner Dusche und Wirlpoolwanne sowie Kamin und einen herrlichen großen Balkon. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt verschiedene Wohnungstypen im Resort , je nach Geschmack mit und ohne Wirlpool. Beheizbare Poolanlagen vorhanden.

I was surprised when I found out that a lot of people got there rooms for free when we paid over full price for mine. We did get a couple of free tickets to the Safari and the zoo. I am disappointed that Expedia did not tell me it was a time share.

As a solo traveller, this resort was the wrong choice. I felt unsafe to walk around the property after dark, even to walk to the restaurant. It was too isolated for solo travel. I ended up staying in my room after dark and checked out after 1 night.

From the moment we arrived we experienced inconveniences. Resort was very spread out and every employee would either give us a different/incorrect answer or didn’t have an answer so we wasted a lot of time for what should have been very simple. Very frustrating. Unit was very outdated, was not thoroughly clean upon entry, a maintenance tech even came by asking if everything was “working okay” as he was supposed to have “inspected” the unit before we were let in. Ridiculous. The unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night and early morning or it was under construction. Front desk rang very loudly after 9:30 pm waking us up (we were already in bed tired from travel). We agreed to a 90 min sales meeting which went well over 2 hours because THEY were running late. I could go on and on. You could not pay me to stay at this property ever again.

Property is big and beautiful, but having vip access, i was not offered the room credit nor room upgrade. Added connected rooms in expedia notes which was not honored.

Two of the three advertised dining options are always closed and staff have no idea if and when they will open. The third dining option is only open certain days of the week. You will need to bring your own groceries and cook in your room for every meal or drive about 20 minutes outside of the resort to find food. Rooms are in disrepair - holes in blankets, stains on upholstery, broken furniture and decor. Resort property is massive and beautiful but you will need to drive everywhere. There is an advertised shuttle to get you around, but we found it incredibly inconsistent. One might we had to walk a mile back to our rooms with sleepy kids at bedtime because there wasn't enough staff to pick us up in the shuttle. There were lots of activities for kids and the staff running the activities were very kind and doing the best with what was available to them (broken games and equipment). Our stay felt more like renting a run down airbnb with a good community pool than a 4 star resort.
