Was specific when reserving as I called that with a disability needed to be close to room on ground floor. Got to the place, was informed room was actually in another building, no drive up, and parking was across the street a very considerable distance away from the building and finally was the furthest away inside the building once you got in. Staff attendant did not seem to care and just stated must have been a miscommunication and that was it! Got to room, on bathroom floor were dirty rags, carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed in a considerable amount of time and beds were pretty much thrown together. While it was definitely not filthy for the price they are charging you would expect more! Will not stay there again SB

First of all, I am sad to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The hotel has never been informed that a handicap room is requested. There was a note to keep downstairs because a pet is coming along. I wonder did you mention this to Expedia while you were booking the room? We have 1 handicap room, but it was booked for that night. The lobby area has no rooms, just catering venues & all rooms are across the street. I will address the cleanliness issues with the house keeping team. My apology.
