Gute Lage
Veröffentlicht am 06.06.2022 auf HotelsZum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel wegen der guten Lage zum Convention Center. Ansonsten ist das Hotel leider noch älter geworden und es wurde nichts renoviert. Unser Zimmer schön gross, aber schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Der Bürostuhl müsste dringend ersetzt werden, die Höhe ist nicht mehr verstellbar.
Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, für Toilettenpapier, Handtücher und Abfalleimer leeren, kann man die Rezeption anrufen. Haben wir gemacht und trotzdem nichts bekommen. Preise sind während der Messe sehr hoch und jetzt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich nicht mehr. Wir werden nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

Wonderful staff. Made us feel welcomed. Set up birthday balloons for my daughter. Will stay here again.

The beds most comfortable! Dated smelled but priced well and the showers were nice and the area was nice. Good breakfast. The place was nice just taken back by the smell when we walked into our room and how dated the place looked compared to the pictures but besides that’s not bad. Parking gets full so hurry and get your spot.

Had a room hidden in the corner due to early check in, a/c didn’t work blew hot air out entire stay. Too hot and could t sleep. Let staff know and no response. When we checked out they said they’d let maintenance know. Hairs (pubes) all over shower/tub upon arrival. Pricey for what we got.
