Zentrale Lage der Apartments

Der Besitzer Valentyn ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Apartments liegen mitten im Zentrum Odessas. Da sie unterschiedlich groß sind (von 1 -2,5 Zimmern) empfiehlt es sich, konkret nachzufragen.

location was great, apartment very old, but clean beds were ok, kitchen didn't use address on the expedia website is incorrect

Terrible experience

On the day we were supposed to check in we get a notification from hotels.com asking if we changed our plans. We then called the property to find out they had cancelled our booking, claiming that they could not charge the credit card and couldn't contact us, despite us hours earlier sending them a message via hotels.com asking for check in information. They said that they had another property available (at Primorskaya 15/17) but we might not like it as it is in the basement of a building. We had to take it as we were half way from Kyiv to Odessa and were arriving at 9 pm. The apartment itself would be ok if it wasn't for the distinct damp smell. It was so damp and humid there that towels they provided weren't dry and even plates were wet. There were no knifes. The bedsheets weren't clean, there were hairs on'em and we had to make the bed ourselves as the duvets were not in the covers. I would never book with these people again

very bad organization

We have booked a house with 2 separate rooms. First they took us to a hotel with a classic double room and then they took us to a different hotel. After negotiations, they have accepted they have mistakenly given our room to someone else and directed us to another hotel and advised we can spend entire holiday there if we liked. After one night stay, we have advised we are happy to spend remaining 2 nights but they advised our rooms were booked and due to this manager was to take us to a new hotel. We packed all our staff and headed off to a new place which was 2 rooms but really a sub standart as internet wasn't working, 2nd room was terrible, water pressure was weak, very dark scary entrance..so on. The happiest moment was when we checked out!!

Готель в телефонній розмові повідомив, що скасував моє бронювання, однак не скасував його на сайті. Начебто не змогли стягнути з моєї картки передоплату, хоча про передоплату ніде на сайті не зазначено, в описанні навпаки вказано, що оплата здійснюється на місці без жодних передоплат. Мені повідомили, що апартаменти зайняті і моє бронювання вони не підтвердили лише коли я подзвонила повідомити час свого приїзду, хоча варто було написати листа про передоплату і якщо вже скасовувати, то скасовувати бронювання на сайті, а не самі собі. В результаті шукала інше житло.

Trouble

We made a reservation for 2 people in February. I waited for a nice holiday. but children run this company. they are constantly apologizing. We got 2 separate beds. 2nd bed was given the idea that you lie on the sofa. We were forced to change hotel 3 times. In this room, repairs will begin to deceive you 3. We went to the place (hotel's name rose d'Opera hotel) did not have a window. unhealthy environment. they are forcing you to stay here. I said I don't want to stay. threatened. Yes I'm seriously threatened. extra money requested. I gave more money. I had to accept what they said so that the holiday is not thoroughly bad. they do not deserve the money they receive. water flows from their mouths until they pay. dog looks after making payment. I'm in trouble for making early reservations. the city was quite nice except for it. but there are more people like this. greedy people. rude people. I contacted before I went to Odessa. Can you take us to the hotel from the airport? They wanted $ 25. whereas you can call uber and do it for $ 3. I wrote this so you don't have any problems in Odessa. There is no institution to complain about. they know that.

We stayed in a club-appartment. Clean and practical. Quiet. Very close to city center.

Een goed apartement

Gut: De locatie, vriendelijke personeel. spreekt goed engels, altijd behulpzaam
Nicht so gut: Niets.
Lage: Veel winkel centra , bars winkels, leuke straat , met straat muziek, artiesten, dicht bij haven poort. ,en de vele culturele bezichtigingen
Dit appartement ligt midden in de hoofde straat,, auto vrij, veel winkels. He appartement is zeer veili, Eerst door een toegang hek met code, de hus deur goed beveiligt, men kan 3 deuren op slot doen , voor men in de kamer komt, het bad de verwarming zijn uitstekend
