Positiv: gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, supernette Mitarbeiter
Negativ: Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, reichlich verschmutzte Teppiche überall im Hotel

We lived that it was easy to find, central and modern. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was modern and breakfast was wholesome. We didn’t like paying the £16 parking but the river walks were special

Lovely hotel. Quiet. Nice location, walking distance into York. Friendly, help staff. Brilliant breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and friendly staff comfortable bed and the facilities in the room were as expected definitely will be coming back in the future 😊

Check in speedy and efficient. Room is great value, though upper floors of hotel look tired and well used. Reception and bar & restaurant open plan and modern, with quirky fixtures and service. We were staying as we had concert tickets for the Barbican (just across the road) so happily paid the £16 (!) for secure overnight parking.
Breakfast was excellent, with a full view of the barrage and riverside walkways. Staff were good at explaining the buffet and what was available. Lovely light room and fab coffee, I had a full english breakfast, husband had a continental. We Would recommend this hotel, it's excellent value for money, and its central location is ideal for exploring.
