Disappointing

I was very shocked by the breakfast service of the W hotel at New Orleans. The service was poor and as well the offering for breakfast. It was actually very disappointing and I will not visit any W hotels anymore.

We had a nice room facing the courtyard for a six-night stay. Small heated pool in the courtyard was nice, we used it three time. Room, beds and bath were nice (rain shower was okay, but needed to be like 6" more out from the wall as it didn't have enough pressure to get more than ~2' from the front wall of shower. A couple of the front desk staff were good and helpful; a couple, not so much. But location is great and prices okay. We'd stay here again.

They need better lighting and update the bathtub other then that excellent services and staff
