Overall, it was a wonderful stay at The Moxy! It was our second time staying at a Moxy Hotel. The room was fantastic and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to most of our destinations. The only area that we were slightly disappointed in was the customer service. From the check in, the visit to the lobby for drinks, to when we checked out, the staff was discourteous. It felt like assisting us (and others) was an inconvenience, even as one staff member was laying her head down on the table at the check in computer. The lobby area lacked the charm of the rest of the hotel as the environment was hard to embraced with the excessive volume of the explicit music that was playing. We will definitely give The Moxy-NO another stay because it did meet our expectations on an amazing place to stay!
