Liked the cleanliness. The staff didn't seem to know how check in worked which was strange, but other than that- good experience.

Dirty and not secure

We reported cleanliness issues last time we stayed. We ended up with the same room and the problems had not been taken care of and were worse. There were stains on the bed skirt. A rusty and moldy shower head. Mold on the shower curtain and wall above the shower. It was obvious the carpet had not been vacuumed behind the nightstand in a very long time. When checking in they gave us the wrong room, 1 Queen vs 2 and then it took at least 15 minutes for them to correct. We were out until 11pm and our room key did not work on the front security door. There was nobody at the front desk to notice so had to call the front desk to get access into the hotel. Finally, when we dropped off our bag in our room upon arrival we noticed that the window was not locked and the screen had been bent as though someone had tried to gain entry at some point. If we had not happened to look, who knows if any of our stuff would still have been there on our return. We travel to visit family in the area about once a month. Unfortunately we will be finding a different place to stay as this is unacceptable.

Bathroom dirty

The restroom had a filthy crusted shower head and spots of mold on upper wall of shower and shower curtain.

Convenient location, nice pool. The free breakfast was all sugary foods, no fruit or yogurt.
