Nice hotel clos ed yo airport.

I like to stay in the Tryp hotel chain. I already stayed many times at this particular location and surely wasn't dissapointed one more time!!

Good airport hotel with free shuttle.

Shuttle was just outside terminal and transfer took about 10 mins. V. Efficient. Hotel clean and comfortable with bar and restaurant open quite late. Also a couple of bars in vicinity. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and lots of hot and cold options. Excellent place to stay before/ after late/early flight.

Convenient very basic hotel close to Madrid airpor

Minus: The early breakfast buffet is very basic and of poor quality. Coffee was cold, there was nothing edible. Shuttle service should be more organised.
Ort: Close to the airport but in a very uninspiring neighbourhood.
Only stay here if you find a good deal in Expedia. Not worth to pay much for it as there are several hotels near Madrid airport and prices are competitive. This is a very basic property, nothing to write home about. Shuttle service a bit patchy, no timetime, just assurances that it will come within "10 mins" which actually means 20 mins!

Well structred hotel with poor guest services

Vorzüge: Plain, with good structure, comfortable
Minus: More attentive and friendly reception. Better hair dryer maintenance . Shuttle service on time .
Ort: Close to the airport.
The reception team are not very friendly or interested to help, incompatible with a 4 star hotel. The room was confortable but the hair drier was not working. Breakfast was good but the shuttle service to the airport was delayed. Unfortunately I forgot a pair of glasses inside the room. I called the reception, they located the lost item. Then I requested that the eye glasses where sent to my attention in Brazil and that I would pay all expenses, but no reply so far.

Nice close to airport

Vorzüge: convenience, shuttle
Minus: Room was quite warm, unable to adjust air to our liking
Ort: we did not travel outside of hotel
we needed a hotel for one night it offered all the conveniences we needed. The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and the hotel staff were accommodating to provide needed essentials and a adapter plug so we cold charge our phone

Worst hotel of our trip

My sister and I stayed for one night before our departure home after a two week vacation in Spain and Italy, staying in many different hotels, apartments and B&B's. This was by far our worst experience. Surly front desk personnel, old dirty carpet and no air flow in the room. We will not be using this hotel again.

Um pouco decepcionante

Tivemos que passar uma noite próximo ao Aeroporto pelo motivo de overbook em nosso voo. Preferimos esse hotel por já conhecermos outros da rede. O shuttle chegou rápido, e o atendimento na recepção foi relativamente rápido. Quando cheguei ao apartamento, o lençol de minha cama estava sujo, usado e a cama forrada como se nada... Desci, reclamei e fui prontamente atendido, na troca completa da roupa de cama, mas fiquei decepcionado.Também não gostei dos arredores. Pedi um jantar no Room Service e a comida estava boa, e o serviço de transporte para o aeroporto também funciona bem.
