Es ist ein nettes, ruhiges Hotel in einem schönen Wohnviertel. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bad modern und die Angestellten sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut.

Dear Juan,Thank your for choosing Icon Wipton and for taking the time to give us your feedback once you left the hotel.The hotel has air conditioning or heating depend on the season. We are having high and low weather in the same week and this sistem don't allow us to connect both at the same time.We have one floor with both sistem only. Did you report to our front desk to check if we had availabity on this floor? There are a few restaurants on the opposite side of the street, all have outside eating areas on the pavement. The issue is, they don’t close until the early hours and it’s very noisy. Some people may well appreciate this if that suits their lifestyle, however for us it meant a struggle to sleep every night. We were offered a different room but I was told it was next to the hotels ancient lift and so would probably be noisy in a different way.
Please don’t think I’m being miserable with this review. The hotel was good in every other aspect, it just didn’t really suit us.

Dear David,Thank you for choosing Icon Wipton and for taking the time to give us your feedback once you left the hotel.As you say , we are located in the heart of Madrid, in the neighborhood called Golden Mile, where you can find a large variety of restaurant and shopping area. All of our windows are soundproofed.
