Vorzüge: Clean
Minus: Should have free parking for guests.
Ort: Near airport but out of the way for everything else.
the reception gave us an excellent recommendation for breakfast. He is knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast place is a neighborhood gem.

Very nice staff

Everything was very nice. Front desk welcomed us a I signed up for frequent guest program so he knocked off one night parking fee. The restaurant was over priced for the qualify of the food. But loved the bed and the pillows and the sheets, very nice. The business cent copy, scanner, fax had no ink and ate my important document but the front desk helped me out again and saved the day.

My worst experience wedding weekend

So much money for a basic room regret not booking elsewere Booked for 3 day stay for our wedding first night was horrible! got a room right next to elevator didn't get any sleep u can clearly hear the elevator opening and closing finally when I was dozing off there was a drunk girl laughing waiting for elevator. The following day was our wedding I was tired from not getting any sleep one of my bridesmaids Kept key so I show up with my husband to front desk requesting a copy or replacement and I left my I'd in the room and they gave us the hardest time and kept calling security security never showed up I was irritated and asked if they can confirm it was me with any other information she said no because upon check in in they didn't input my address or phone number luckily My husband had an expired license in his wallet

Love the hotel and location. Not sure about the standard rooms but upgraded to a one bedroom included breakfast snack and dessert time.

amazing honeymoon

Vorzüge: The free breakfast and all day snacks.
Ort: Universal Studios , Grauman's Chinese Theatre (Hollywood Stars)
The staff were so courteous and helpful! We were staying in LA for our honeymoon and they gave us a room upgrade. Very friendly, recommended places to see and things to do while we were in town. Will definitely book with again!

Vorzüge: Room and staff were excellent.
Minus: Charge for the accomodations and skip the fees.
The hotel accomodations were fine but they added a number of niggling fees to the stated price. Parking was extra as was wifi connection, ($5.00 or $13.00, depending on speed.) Breakfast would have been an extra $20.00.

Nice hotel close to Burbank aiport

Friendly and professional staff through out facility. No hot water. Could not take shower in morning. There was no hot water in morning. Clean and comfortable room.

Hospitality all the way!

From the moment of arrival, it was clear that hospitality is important here. The valet greeters, even though we self-parked, were welcoming. The check-in person helped us check in super early (a blessing since the flights got us in 4 hours early) and even gave us free drink cards! The bartender was fun and friendly. The only down side was the restaurant. The food wasn't that great for the price, but the service was good! Rooms were clean and comfy, and despite how close it is to the airport, we didn't hear a single plane! Great job, I'd stay again!
