Schönes Hampton Inn in Lake Charles

Gut: Frühstück, großes Zimmer
Lage: Golden Nugget Casino, Lake Charles
Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Man braucht aber einen Mietwagen um Essen oder einkaufen zu gehen, da dort zwar mehrere Hotels sind aber keine Restaurants etc.

I was double charged for my room. I booked the room on Expedia & upon arrival the clerk said she needed my I.d. & debit card to charge the room. I told the clerk that I booked & paid through Expedia & she disrespectful just rolled her eyes & then tells my fiance “I need an I.D. & debit card”. Then the morning I check my bank statement & I see where I was charged by Expedia & I was charged by the hotel….. & the curtains in our room don’t close & there was a big bright streetlight literally right outside of our window so it shined into our room all night.

They gave us room that had people in it and then they gave us a smaller room than we booked.

Very friendly staff, brand new facility, muddy exterior, loud room noise and AC was super loud. Bed comfy, shower large, very quick stay friendly.

Friendly and professional front desk

Front desk experience was exceptional! The gentleman at the front greeted me wholeheartedly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I believe his name was Rodney or something along those lines. He was extremely helpful and got me checked it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Room was clean and fit our needs perfectly with added space needed for a walker. But I would stay again just for the experience at the front desk!
