Great day and the staff was amazing. The only thing is there’s no microwave in the rooms. That’s kind of inconvenient.

Underwhelming property. Room doors slam loudly. Parking costs $25 which is expensive for a remote location.

The fact that I can stay at my alma mater and see a basketball game between Oak State and UH.
I was disappointed with the morning manager and his poor attitude and unresponsiveness to my needs as a full paying customer. I never had a desk manager question my need for a cup of coffee at 5:30 am in the morning. I simply asked the question wondering why there was no place to get a cup of coffee anywhere. I was left standing there like something was wrong with me and why was I awake. Oh well, the hotel was nice but I would have had better service at a low end hotel somewhere else. I was only asking for a cup of coffee.
