Veröffentlicht am 30.11.2015 auf HotelsI would never stay here. The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all, there was still food every where. So no big deal it happens. We enter the second room we were given and it stinks, there is hair covering the mirror, in the sink,tub, and toilet. There was a cigarette butt in the air conditioner. So we had booked for 3 days and when we got back to the hotel the first night it had not been cleaned and no clean towels given. This hotel advertised daily housekeeping. Before leaving the next morning for the day we requested the room be cleaned and we needed clean sheets on one of the beds. Upon return that night we had clean sheets on one bed,and clean towels and the trash had been taken out and the bag left was too small and only hung on half the garbage can. Keep in mind I always make sure our personal belongings are off the beds, counters, and tub so that they can be cleaned.I went and bought cleaning products from the store and cleaned the room so we could feel more comfortable in a clean room with out some one else's hair everywhere. The breakfast was cold and the milk was a gallon jug not single cartons and it had been watered down. There was always garbage overflowing the garbage cans on the walkways outside and none of the front desk staff ever cracked a smile or even acted as if they wanted to talk to us at all. The free WiFi rarely worked it would connect and disconnect (loose signal) every 1-5 minutes.I strongly advise choosing a different hotel.

Cheap but uncomfortable
Veröffentlicht am 02.11.2015 auf HotelsI really, really want to like this hotel but it's just not going to happen. The employees are very friendly and helpful but this place needs a major overhaul. Uncomfortable beds, rooms that never cool off and terrible housekeeping (I don't even want to talk about the things that I saw in the daylight the next morning). The only two positive things that I can say are it's cheap and there's a great restaurant across the street.

This hotel is nasty
Veröffentlicht am 26.10.2015I will never recommend anybody to stay at this hotel it was nasty , need a real bad update remodeling and everything. Room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, painting falling off the wall, stain on the chairs , put us in a bush which was scary, phone didn't work in the hotel to call front desk. This hotel suck.

A/C was very loud, no towels, washcloths, outlet for blow dryer did not work.

I wanted the perfect room for me and a perfect lady and when I entered it was like walking into a million dollar . The room was so clean and neat, I love the pools and even the BREAK FAST only thing it was cold but maybe I came too late. Other than that 5stars for this one.
