Entspricht nicht mehr der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Das Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen nur zweimal gereinigt und der Müll entsorgt. Das Personal am Empfang war betont unfreundlich. Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Es gab ausschließlich Muffin und Waffeln. Nur sporadisch Milch, kein Obst. Auf der linken und rechten Seite des Hotels wird gebaut. Das Hotel macht insgesamt den Eindruck, bald dem Abriss zum Opfer zu fallen.

Bedroom door missing in our room no privacy from the kids. Holes in the ceiling with visible water damage. Cockroaches crawling in various areas around the facility. Bathroom left in poor condition from previous renters not cleaned well

They make a huge deal of advertising drinks, coffee, tea, water, juice is available to the guests 24/7 That is not true. You can make a cup of coffee but nothing else is available after 9:40-9:45 every day

YOU CAN TELL PROPERTY OWNER IS TRYING TO UPGRADE WITH TILE OUTSIDE, paint etc.. it's one of the older motels. Room was clean no roaches as other posts have stated. Short over night stay, would stay again.

The carpet in the room smells horrible. Bedding had not been changed. Makeup was on pillows. Door lock was broken.

When I reported an unclean and unsafe room to management, I was denied the ability to change my room or receive a refund for the room so I could book with another hotel. This room was listed as fully refundable on the Expedia site. Once I left my room for a few hours…Important items and documented were stolen out of my room was stolen by hotel staff. I was threatened by the management at the front desk as he approached me in the parking lot. I was scared and I made a police report however the hotel staff tried to have me arrested for trespassing while requesting my missing items from the hotel room. I later had to go to the hospital due to the incident that transpired. I was bitten by bugs at this establishment due to the uncleanliness. This place is an unclean, unsafe and unprofessional hotel…I am still having nightmares behind what happened.

Price gouged for bike week, which is nothing unusual. I've stayed here several times before, but never in this condition. Gaps around entry doors, hard to secure them. Toilet wouldn't flush, mildew and rips in curtains. Very strong chemical smell that lasted throughout the night from previous cleaning. Will not use this location again.
