My stay at the Marriot in downtown Calgary was disappointing. Although the room seemed clean initially, it had several issues. The cabinet door in front of the room safe was difficult to move, the bathroom door lacked privacy due to a large gap from it being poorly fitted, and the shower tap was faulty only allowing for a scalding hot or freezing cold shower. I was also charged $30 for parking, which I didn't use, adding to the dissatisfaction. Unless there are no other affordable options, I won't be choosing to stay here again.

The service is impeccable. Staff are nice and accommodating. Location of this hotel is close to everything you need in the dt area.

When having to adjust the length of stay the staff were extremely helpful getting everything resolved. Everyone was friendly and room was in good repair and well kept!

My stay was fantastic. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with happy staff and my room was amazing. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
