My stay at the Marriot in downtown Calgary was disappointing. Although the room seemed clean initially, it had several issues. The cabinet door in front of the room safe was difficult to move, the bathroom door lacked privacy due to a large gap from it being poorly fitted, and the shower tap was faulty only allowing for a scalding hot or freezing cold shower. I was also charged $30 for parking, which I didn't use, adding to the dissatisfaction. Unless there are no other affordable options, I won't be choosing to stay here again.
