Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett zu mir haben auch immer gefragt ob was fehlt.
Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert.

Veröffentlicht am 17.11.2017Hotel liegt zwar nah bei den Pyramiden, mit Chance bekommt man auch ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf diese, doch Kairos Smogglocke verbietet eine kläre Sicht.
Hotel mehr für islamische Kunden ausgerichtet, Pool und Bar verdienen diese Bezeichnung nicht, Frühstück habe ich gleich ausgelassen.

Günstiges ausreichendes, aber sehr lautes Hotel.
Veröffentlicht am 28.11.2016Hotel befindet sich nah an den Pyramiden (2km), jedoch ca. 5km von der Metro entfernt. Es ist auf Grund des Preises empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es befindet sich aber an einer sehr lauten sechs spurigen Straße und verfügt über dünne Fenster. Das Personal ist nett und der Taxiservice für Tagesausflüge sehr praktisch.

Gut: Sauberkeit, gute Zimmer- und Badezimmerausstattung, nettes Personal - besonders auch die Reinigungskräfte
Nicht so gut: Die Preise für Frühstück oderr Frühstücksbuffet könnten evtl. erwähnt werden.
Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers könnte verbessert werden.
Lage: Hauptstr. in Giza, mit dem Taxi 5 Min. zu den Pyramiden, 10 Min. zum Zoo, 30 Min. oder mehr, je nach Uhrzeit und Stau zum Museum oder in die Altstadt
Sehr nettes höfliches Personal, in der Nähe liegen sowohl Supermärkte, Shopping Malls, Restaurants.
Der einheimische Markt mit kelinen Geschäften, Gemüsemarkt und Bäckereien liegt direkt hinter dem Hotel.
Alle Arten von Transportmitteln sind vorhanden.

Very bad service and
Veröffentlicht am 23.12.2014I had 2 main problems in this hotel:
First problem was the parking, with my booking I checked that the parking is for free, when I arrived there I figured out that the hotel doesn't have a designated parking though they reserved the lane in front of the hotel and they let some thugs to control it, the thugs controlling the parking asked for 20 EGP per day (2 Euros per day) which is too much compared to the living standard in Egypt, and when I refused to pay because my booking includes a free parking the thugs threatened me to scratch or to hit or to steal my car, I talked to the hotel manager and he informed me that they don't own the parking rather they rented it to the thugs, I told him it is not my problem I have a booking including parking, then he told me you may pay to the thugs if you want, and later the thugs annoyed me everyday until I decided to park somewhere else.
Second problem was that they have a rule not allowing visitors in the rooms, which is not mentioned in the booking conditions, I was there with my mum in one room and my fiancee and her mum in another room, we sat together in one room to chat and eat and watch TV, 2 days latter the hotel manager told me that I am and my mum not allowed to stay in their room, rather we can meet in hotel lobby or the restaurant and he told me that he had seen us going to my fiancee's room on the camera, like they were watching us, and the security manager in the hotel was impolite.
I don't recommend it to anybody.

Hello,
we are awfully sorry for any misunderstanding but, you must know that you will find when you book the hotel you will find about the hotel that there is a Self parking (surcharge) not for free of charge and we don't put the responsibility in the hands of a few thugs.
for the 2nd problem kindly be informed that the forbidden visitors sign in the room is a notice inside the room for your safety but i promise you to negotiate this issue with the management to obsolete it if it's possible.

We checked out early, only stayed 3 nights

Lage: Very central, very loud
We booked 8 nights, but after only 3 days we decided "to run off" as fastest we can. The rooms are very small, dark and filthy. The carpet had Cigarettes burn marks everywhere and was really sticky....The sheets and blankets were disgusting. There was not enough storage room, so we basically kept all of our clothes in our Bags. Parking was a nightmare...please note, there is NO FREE PARKING for this hotel, even though that this is what they offer, they don't even have a parking lot. You park on the street and get harassed by people "helping" you park but want tips all the time, when you arrive and when you leave. If you don't give money or let them "help you" they start a big fight. My husband is Egyptian, and even he got really, really frustrated.
We were not able to use the pool, it was not really clean and there were always men sitting around on the tables smoking and watching. Breakfast was so lala, not international standard, but ok to fill your stomach.
We can absolutely NOT recommend this hotel. We did not get any money back, because of us leaving early, but that’s ok, we were not willing to stay any longer. We enjoyed the new hotel very much, where we spend the rest of our vacation. (Soluxe Cairo--rooms and pool fantastic, breakfast not good, but its ok), will stay there again !!!!

Hotel mit Sicht auf die Pyramiden, toll
Veröffentlicht am 25.03.2013 auf HotelsDie Standardzimmer sind sehr schön mit Balkon und Blick auf die Pyramiden. an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Gutes Brakfastbuffet, kann auch nach Lust etwas anderes bestellen. Freundliches Personal, jedoch fast ohne Englishkenntnisse so spricht man mit den Händen. Ich empfehle diese Hotel zu diesen niedrigen Preisen
