No elevator, no A/C in the hallways, tight parking, bad location, tattered furniture.

Disappointing

Lage: I have no idea - it surely isn't the closest to the airport and I can't imagine there is anything to do nearby this location.
Rooms booked thru Expedia are available only on the bottom level, no elevator, close to a busy road, very old and dilapidated. Spots on the carpet, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Nice staff, tired facility

Gut: Shuttle service and parking.
Nicht so gut: The list is to long. Need to start over in a new location.
Lage: Lousy area, no amenities near by. OK for airport access.
Not much to say. Facility is very tired and run down. Felt dingy and boy very clean. Location not close to any stores or dining.

Great Hotel near Logan Airport

Gut: Everything!
Nicht so gut: No improvements needed.
Lage: Great restaurant, D'Amelio's, 10-15 minutes walk from the Rodeway Inn. Specialties are Italian & Seafood. Great food and a lively atmosphere.
This Inn is minutes away from Logan Airport, and thus very convenient. All of the staff, including the shuttle van drivers, were professional, personable, kind, courteous, and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. Coffee was always available any time of the day.

Clean but.....

....located a few yards from a busy highway. No elevator. No help with bags. Airport shuttle was full. That said the room was clean and the ac loud enough to block out the traffic. Hugely overpriced.

Main feature is proximity to Logan airport by car.

A reasonable hotel for one night if your are catching an early flight from Boston/Logan airport. Surroundings are very urban so I wouldn't use it as vacation location. Ask for a room away from the main staircase and not on the ground floor which is basement-like.

Airport hotel--no elevator.

Gut: Staff were pleasant.
Nicht so gut: Rooms need a deep cleaning including the air conditioner whose grill was covered in dust. Bed clothes, bathroom were clean.
Hotel needs an upgrade. Had to climb on a chair to turn on the air conditioning. No directions for heat or television.

Gut: quiet
Nicht so gut: Wake up call never came through. Boy on the front desk had a lousy attitude, "not my fault".
Lage: Nothing
Well way to expensive for that part of town. No views, no continental breakfast, nothing. The towels were crap. Could not even cover your body. The bed was fine but the ac blew all over the bed making it uncomfortable all night. Very glad I only had to stay one night.

Booked thinking it looked good and was close to the airport, but the property is quite terrible, the room small and uninviting and the location a bit creepy.

But that's about the only positive thing I can say about the Rodeway Inn. Our air conditioning unit blew hot air the entire muggy night, the flat screen television hanging from the wall with the cable receiver balanced precariously on top of it didn't work at all, the pubic hairs on the sheets were horrifying, people were noisily checking in constantly after midnight, there's no elevator or staff to help bring bags up and down stairs, our 7:30am wake up call did come - but closer to 8am, and the reception staff acted like they'd rather be working at a 7-11. Can't blame them.
