They double booked our stay and we got put into a half renovated room for our first night which we did arrive at 1am the next morning of our booking. Then the next day we waited for 3hrs to get into our new room. They did try and I’m sure they didn’t mean for these things to happen. The hot water only lasted a very short time maybe only 2mins. And they only stock the toilet paper with what looked to be the end of a roll everyday. They seemed friendly enough but didn’t understand any English so I used a translator app which helped a lot. I guess for the price we got what we paid for but it wasn’t a great place to take our family as all the floors had someone smoking and it just smelt bad every time we left the room.

Excellent hotel but noisy for rooms at the front. Very good restoration with brilliant staff, although I don't know what would happen if it became busy. Interesting bathroom which we liked, but could imagine some people getting spooked by glass walls. Good vslue

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the pool is nice. However there were a few issues. The walls between the rooms are very thin. We were in a room that was between two families both with babies and young children who kept us awake crying all night and then again at 5 or 6 in the morning. The bed sheets on the bed had blood stains. I understand they had been washed but still, not something you want to see, the sheets should have been binned. The hotel has a very big issue with ants. They were all over our room especially when we had room service and they were crawling all over the breakfast buffet and some of the food that hadn't been covered. One morning we also found multiple hairs in some of the fried rice and noodles that were out for breakfast. Ordering food from the restaurant I thought was adequate until the hair incident which put me off eating there. Over all they really need to improve on cleanliness.
